      My order was just shy of $1600, order was placed on 24th of March. Items not received at Partsvu warehouse untill today on the 2nd of April. Was notified that I have to pay a surprise additional shipping charge of $90.01 in order to get my items. The item is a Cowl that is not particularly large, heavy or fragile. Tip to new customers, do not expect a sale price to be a sale price, and expect surprise shipping costs that they will not calculate at checkout. I have ordered multiple times from this company and had a good experience, but I will look elsewhere due to poor cost transparency and shipping times. Forgot to mention, it will be another 7-10 days before I even get my order, and they can't even deliver it faster for $90.

Unfortunately in this case we missed the ***** You will be contacted today by the director of our customer service team and we will make this right.       I always order my ********** treatment and ring free from PartsVu. Even with shipping and handling still a better price then I can get locally. I found PartsVu when shopping for a ****** outboard engine cover. Found the ****** cover again at a way better price then locally. And ordered items always arrive quickly.
