    My order was not delivered in its entirety. It is missing a MOAB V-Bar Bracket V-Lock for my bow. Ive made over 50 phone calls and numerous emails only to be great by a recording. I would like the items purchased please. I did recieve a LE/ Military discount for the item. Im not sure exactly the cost after the discount.

    Good Afternoon,

     

    **** had his products shipped from Conquest Archery 1 day after he bought them. Regrettably, we overlooked a component in his package. If my memory serves me correctly, he called us three times on Monday, but due to our overwhelming workload, he never left a voicemail. The next day we got a call from the ************************ about fraud by deception, which is utterly ridiculous. Actually, I think it was **** or a friend since he works for the fire department, I believe. We shipped the missing part that day, and he must think so poorly of us that he has since made 2 purchases from our parent company, ******************, which he 100% knows is the same company. In 12 years, three companies, and hundreds of thousands of transactions this was a first for sure.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Yes, it was the utter most ridiculous thing Ive experienced in my life. I have made more purchases form black ************ they made it right. But the person the Det. ****** spoke with was the utter most LIER Ive ever experienced in my career. He told so many lies he couldnt keep up with the truth or a lie. He completely disregarded my calls, emails, and contact us attempts. Been the Police a very long time if youd like for me to share the call log, emails and or contact us id love to. Youre a complete and total lier. I did decide to purchase on behalf of the man that reached out to me and apologized for the miss hap. I will not purchase another thing and if youd be so kind as to refund me the last order of arrows I purchased that will be fine you can keep folding.
