    Do not trust them ! Unprofessional service! They sold me wrong device and refused to make refund. **** B

    I bought a *** from them. Called technical support for help. He was great. Over several hours and several days, HE determined that the *** was defective. I tried to get them to send me a new one but they wouldn't. I had to buy a new one. I received the new one and called but the original tech was out for a family emergency. Spoke to another tech and he was rude. I was able to work through the settings and got the new *** running without any help. I sent the defective unit back in and now the tech that diagnosed it over the phone is saying that it is fine and won't issue me a refund. When I called, he basically called me a liar and said that I purposefully set the vfd up wrong. He walked me through every setting multiple times and even had me do a factory reset. He now says that there is no history of a factory reset. What do I gain by being dishonest? I need the vfd to complete a customer order, I had to buy another *** out of my own pocket. VERY FRUSTRATING AND I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.
