waring- graphic detailsmy sister was leaking fluid very badly. Im guessing from her neck. You could see the brownish stains on the inside of the casket lining. It was obvious they saw it too bc they kept pulling some material from inside the casket to cover it up. That just made it look like someone was being lazy and just didnt fix it but they didnt want us to see it. But the longer she laid there the worse the stain was spreading and we could see it. Once my sister was cremated and I went to pick up her remains and sign the last of the paperwork, ***** asked for feedback and I mentioned all of this to him. He was very nice and apologetic and didnt deny that any of this happened. The door to where the deceased are worked on was open so three of the child there saw a body lying on a table. **the morning of my sisters funeral I walked in to go see her and she had fluids coming out of each corner of her mouth and both nostrils. I immediately got ***** and fix this and he said he would. Ten minutes before the funeral was to start it still hadnt been fixed. I found ***** and asked him to fix it again. Once he did it was awful. Looked like a whole different skin tone was blobbed on her face. ** second day we got there and her hands looked more bruised then they did when we left the night before. After speaking with a friend thats a funeral director they said maybe she wasnt embalmed properly. Used less embalming fluid since she was going to be cremated the next day. This would have saved them money. This is just my assumption because of this situation and how they were all about getting as much money from us as possible. I wouldnt take my dead dog here to be taken are of if my life depended on it. Sounds harsh, I know but I want people to know what they are in for before they choose this place to care of their loved one that has passed. **** constantly watched my go fund me account and the price of the funeral went up the more ppl donated.
