  I had an upstairs utility room leak (hot and cold water) that ran for a day before being caught. It ruined the flooring in the utility room, the hallway and two bedrooms upstairs, plus the floors, ceilings and walls in the downstairs foyer, bathroom, hallway and kitchen. I called my insurance and Southeast Restoration Group was there the next day, removing the damaged material and setting up dehumidifiers and blowers to dry the area. I could not be happier with the work that they did over the days that they were there. Kept me up-to-date on everything that was being done and what would need to be done later. Now that the demolition and clean up is done, I am looking forward to working with them on the restoration of the property. I highly recommend Southeast Restoration's services.

  We had a neighbors massive oak fall along side our house and damage the roof and one room. We were fortunate the damage was not worse and we were not hurt. Southeast Restoration Group (***) was one of three general contractors our insurance agents office recommended. A friend also recommended ***. The *** estimator was able to meet with our insurance adjuster on-site the day after the tree fell. They worked well together and we received a fair and reasonable estimate in two days. We were happy with the roofing and painting/drywall subcontractors brought in by ***. The process went smoothly. We were especially appreciative of ***s on-site coordinator, *******. He always helpful, understanding, and professional. We were always happy to see him. We signed off on the restoration work with him today. :)

  I was never irate at anyone at southeaster. The manager is the one who is irate by falsely accusing me of being irate. When people claim to be in a meeting they don't want to talk with you. I don't have to put up with being treated like this. The employee was rude to me by lying at me. When I told them to forget it I would go with somebody else. This is defamation of my character. I don't buy all these 5-star rating reviews that came in after mine. He wasn't interested in restoring my home. The manager is a professional liar! I don't have to take this treatment from their employee. Nothing but a bunch of liars and false accusers.
  He sure didn't show me this type of professionalism like in these good reviews. The manager and his employees were ugly toward me and I said something back. I had another water damage leak in 2018 and he was rude to me in that claim also and wouldn't do an estimate. So this time he decided to falsely accuse me of treating his employee badly. When it was me being treated badly.
  They don't look at how they treat customers like from the complaints I read on ****** reviews This person who replied to my review lies so much, they can't keep up with their own lies. They blame the customer for everything, besides looking at themselves for how they treat customers. This is bad lying employees at southeastern.

  Although the workmanship is fine there have been and still are many delays. However, our emergency mold problem was promptly addressed and handled. Also, estimating process was timely and reasonable.

  Like so many other homes in *******, the water pipes froze and burst in my home while I was out of town during the Christmas holidays. My house was inhabitable; I was devastated. The Project Estimator came out to estimate the damages. After being in my home for about *************************** that he was "going to make [me] mad." I asked him what he meant by that statement and he evaded the question. I just assumed he was referring to delays that *** occur from the crews being back up with jobs, and I expected it. I didn't think anything else of it. He rushed me into signing a contract despite the fact that the crews would not be starting the job for another 2 weeks. He brought one air purifier and one dehumidifier to my 3-bedroom home that didn't work.I remained patient, even after postponed appointments for the crews to begin the work. After waiting almost a month, someone from his office called me and stated that they would not be doing the work because they "didn't think it would be a good fit!" Now I know what he meant by his statement. As a result, I have to go to the back of the line with another company, who is also backed up with work, to get my house serviced, increasing my expenses for accommodations. The only logical conclusion that I can come up with for this happening is racial discrimination. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  I want to say how wonderful all your guys were. This tear out process for me was difficult as I am elderly. **** went above and beyond. He was so respectful, courteous and compassionate regarding my feelings. All the guys were kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

  From the initial estimate until the final sign-off, Southeast Restoration has been great. Extremely professional. While I would never wish a flooded basement on anyone, working with Southeast made the process as painless as possible. I highly recommend them.

  Southeastern is an amazing company with excellent staff and customer service. I was in hotel for 8 months and it was so stressful. Once southeastern came in to do the rebuild it was amazing at the jiob they did.The finish product was stunning. I want to especially thank Eligha for going above and beyond and his team. Highly recommend them. ??

  Our office had a burst frozen pipe flood on Christmas Eve, it was very damaging, and we didn’t know what to do but we did know who to call. Southeast Restoration of Augusta has been nothing short of miraculous. They were there within the hour and have been with us literally every step of the day and a night since; getting us cleaned up and back up and running. Their resources and expertise are bar none. Chris Lutz, Brian Smith, Matt Cason and the entire SRA, team have been amazing. The most conscientious, professional, polite and skilled people out there. In a day when it’s hard to find good people and staffing is a challenge, SRA has the best of the best. It was a GREAT experience going through some really damaging and potentially business ending events. CALL THEM!
