    My Hon ***** has a faulty center post, which scrapes on the chari mat and leaves oil/dirt on the carpet, when I move it off the ***** mat for cleaning. When I contacted the company about this defect, I was told that there is no warranty on this *****. I still have the information card which came with the *****, which states that there is a "Limited Lifetime Warranty." Although the company attempts to make numerous exceptions to this "warranty," the defect on my ***** is not listed as one of those exemptions. The company representative who replied to my initial claim also stated that the company does not offer replacement parts for this ***** and offered no assistance to me, whatsoever.

    On 9 OCT 2020 I purchased a HON ********** HVL705 model chair from amazon. Invoice 113-4417393-0701823. The chair has a 5-year warranty but keeps failing. The fault is the cushion on the arms that disintegrate in a short time (6-8 months). Arm rests have been replaced once before.The date code of the chair is 02/17/2021. The ** is **********. The model is HVL705.HON ********** has does not answer or respond to emails. Calls to the company are not able to get past a message that says to submit a claim on the internet. The internet link does not work. My desired resolution is a part that will not disintegrate in a few months.
