    I needed a new unit because the one I had was over 30 years old and just wasn't working anymore.

    I contacted ******, with Pure Comfort Heating and Air in Chatsworth GA 30705.

    ******, came out and let me know that I needed a new unit and that they had a great Heil heat pump and AC unit and it has a 10 year warranty. From the time he put in this unit I have had nothing but problems.
    I have had to call just about every 3 months to have something fixed. He has put on a new compressor, new fan, ect. ******, let me know that they don't sell these units anymore because they have had nothing but problems out of them.

    This last time I have called and called left messages only to receive no calls or anything back. I had another company to come out to see what is wrong and it needs new points. The cost is $1400.
    My daughter called Pure Comfort Heating and Air and left a message. ****** called back and told her he would be in contact with me to get this fixed that yes it is still under warranty. I have heard nothing. I don't think I should have to pay for this to be fixed when it's still under warranty. The heat will only work off the furnace in the house on emergency heat only. This has caused me to have power bills $550-$600 a month. That is awful when I am on SSI and half my check goes to a power bill because I can't get the unit fixed.

    All I am asking is that they keep their end of the deal
    And fix it replace this unit. To please contact me.
