    I ordered ammunition from Clark armory which I had ordered from several times before with no issues. Now this time they kept telling me ordered are running behind but if I don't want to wait just ask for a refund. I asked for a refund then they kept giving me the run around and then refused refunding me.

    Order confirmed but never delivered. Been waiting for 6 weeks for shipment confirmation.
    No reply to several emails. Phone number no longer posted anywhere. Quote from website:

    "We deeply regret having to share this information. After being in business for 10 years Clark Armory is temporarily closed. In the attempt to grow and expand our reach we implemented new systems and processes to keep up with larger companies. In doing that we seemed to have ended up getting connected with an **** ** bank that has closed our merchant account and is holding all of the revenue generated in the last 3 weeks. We are fighting to get it released so we can refund people but they are claiming that they can hold the money up to 180 days. We are working with our lawyer to get this handled sooner. ***** ****** Bank located in ********** currently is holding all of the funds and we are encouraging customers to file charge backs if they do not release the funds. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you and thank you for all the support over the years."

    On 4/05/2024 I ordered some 9mm ammunition from Clark Armory. I have emailed them several times requesting either they send the product or refund my money. They keep replying that they will issue a refund but they are a small business and these things take time. It's been 6 months with no resolution.

    Ordered merchandise from Clark Armory and they responded with “may take longer than there normal 3-5 days, more like 3-4 weeks. Paid with credit card $99.99. I replied that was way too long and asked for refund. They responded via email that I would receive a refund but will be delayed. I ordered and ask for refund on April 19, 2024. It’s now May 31 and have not received nor heard back from company!

    I ordered some ammo on 4/22/24 for $197.84. The funds were posted that day. 5/3 I wrote because no product received and no order confirmation. 5/5 they wrote back saying there were issues with a warehouse and told orders were 3-4 weeks out. I wrote again on 5/20, 5/23, and 5/24, no response. I wrote today 5/28 saying I was contacting BBB and either want my money back or my order.

    I placed an order on their website.
    They wanted me to provide too much personal/private information, and I said no, and cancelled my order.
    I cancelled the order, and they didn't refund me the full amount.
    They only refunded part of the full amount.
    I need the rest of my refund.
    If I wanted to be robbed, I would go work at a convenience store.
