      The worst bank I ever dealt with. Bill pays took longer than usual time to arrive at destination. And when someone fraudulently tried to transfer funds from my account, they would not address it. Then when trying to cash Ira that I had bot used against my taxes, the head banker treated me very ugly.

      When you card is hacked (not the first time) and on the phone and hang up and won't take your call.... I'll be removing my personal account which has over 6k in it somewhere else! I'll put a screenshot of the phone log in case anyone needs it. Don't bank here! Before they bought out my local bank no problems! I would recommend getting out of this bank ASAP! They can talk before they say they are open 3 days ago and allow and fraudulent charge to flag your account but when it posts have no time for you! It's our money they are keeping. Change ASAP! I am! Been with the local bank before bought out over 20 years! Loyalty just changed and I will make sure my business partners know as well as everyone I know does. I have a lot of contacts and they are high up individuals and don't think there will not be some other action involved! $25 for my card to be expedited when at a local credited place will replace for free.... yeah ok. I have a savings account there that will now house my personal along with business accounts and a word of mouth goes a long way in the business I am in! You need the screenshot for when I got hung up on I got it! Good luck! 0 stars

      We needed to wire money today but we were out of town in Savannah, Ga. We went to the Savannah Mall Boulevard branch where we were introduced to Sally Connelly. She treated us with the upmost courtesy and care. The wire was done quickly & efficiently. We were very impressed with Ms. Connelly’s customer service. It was a great experience! Thank you, Ms Connelly.

      I would add zero Stars if allowed,a joke of a "bank". They want proof of me paying a bill twice when it literally shows I paid twice but in order for me to dispute an identical charge,I have to send an email and wait more days on top of the 4 days it took to post. Don't waste your time with these arrogant crooks

      There branch in ************ ** the **** *** ******** has a manager that is racist
      I firmly believe that Jeannie’s discriminatory actions, combined with personal animosity towards me, have led to unwarranted actions. As a young black female, I feel discriminated against and unfairly targeted. I am seeking legal representation to address these issues promptly.

      On October 14th I opened a new account online with Synovus Bank and my account was debited twice for the initial opening deposit of 25.00 . I contacted Synovus for over a week via messaging , calling customer service and was told I needed to call my previous bank and have them resolve it on their end. Made no sense but I contacted my previous bank and they reversed one of the 2 ACH withdrawals. A few days later Synovus blocked my account and card , I called customer service once again and was told I needed to go into the branch. On Friday October 27th I went in and was told by Jenny M****** my account was under review by their " Financial Crimes . Department " . She sent them an email explaining what happened even showing them the duplicate 25.00 ACH debit opening charge. It is now Tuesday November 7th my account is still " Under Review" nobody will give me answers and I cannot access my money. I have never in my life been treated so poorly as this Bank is treating me.

      I have been dealing with Prosper for credit card purposes. They blocked my card because I declined a $49 charge from Hud Homes. I was not given a new card and I wasn't told how long the block would be in effect. I just spoke with a supervisor who claims texts and calls made earlier today between myself and Prosper have to be listened to. This is Illegal. It tells me if a customer declines a charge their account is blocked. Like they are going to make the customer responsible. for the charge? Not fair!!!! I called ******* **** to make them aware of this earlier today.
