      Dropped off items for dry cleaning. On the pickup day, they only had my pants and long sleeve shirt. They did not have my suit jacket. Returned a few days later and it still had not shown up. Called the main location where they do the cleaning and they said give it another week to see if it shows up. It never did. Had to call and leave many messages before getting a call back from Alex Z******** (cleaning manager). Finally got in contact with him and he sent an email with the claims form to fill out. Emailed it back to him that day and never received any response back. Reached out again multiple times through email (4 emails) and countless phone calls and only got in contact with him one time. He responded that they sent out the check, but I never received it. He said he would inform the people he sends that information to, but I still never received a check. I tried calling again, but again, never received any compensation for them losing my $210 suit jacket. I eventually gave up, and was recently informed of the BBB and that y'all may potentially be able to help out.

      Good morning. Due to a change in domains around the time of this claim we were unable to access email records an reach out to Mr. Kimbrel. We have since refiled his claim and have the claim check written. As soon as I get an address to send the check to we can resolve the matter. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.

      Late June my husband took 3 blouses to be dry cleaned. After a couple weeks he returned and was told they only had two of the three items, he took the two items and they "split the ticket" creating a new ticket for the one orvis linen blouse on July ***** Approx one week later they still were unsuccessful in locating the blouse, my husband was given contact at the main plant, Alex ********** called and left a message, no response, the following week I called and spoke to Mr. ********* and said they would continue to look for the garment and would call with a fallowup. Couple weeks pass, no contact, I left a message with Mr. ********* late last week, no response. I decided it was time to file a complaint requested a refund.

      The blouse is a couple years old and not extremely expensive (probably cost $50-60 when new). I'd like to hear from Wade Cleaners and we can discuss appropriate reimbursement.

      My wife called Mr. Z******** on Thursday **** he indicated he would immediately send a link for a refund. For the FOURTH time, we gave him our contact information. We never received the email or any other contact. Mr. Z******** please do not bother to contact us, the refund is inconsequential, poor customer service however, is not.

      We spoke to Mrs. ***** and Have forwarded her documents that once filled out we will be able to process a claim for her lost item. We discussed a fair price for the item in question and were both satisfied with that concluding the issue at hand once we have her paperwork.
