      After over ** years of being a policy holder i began having issues with Aflac about 2 years ago. They rerused/denied an ongoing claim for services associated with a previously diagnosed condition stating they needed pathology on a completely unrelated issue that was noted in my medical notes. Further, this year, my policy was cancelled without notice. I realized I hadn't received a most recent bill, logged into the system and found my policy marked inactive. When I called customer service they said I could submit reinstatement fors, which clearly state on them I would not be eligible for reinstatement due to health condition.
      My issue is that I received NO NOTICE. I can see how a mailed billing could be lost. That happens. There was no second billing or cancellation notice sent to my house. No correspondence sent via email. No phone calls or text messages received, and no correspondence in the online account.
      The fact that a company with all of my contact information and multiple avenues of contacting me suddenly makes zero attemps when it comes to cancelling a cancer policy that's been in effect and in good standing for over ** years. Seems predatory and malicious and tied to their unwillingness to pay claims. I have no respect left for this company or it's staff.

      aflac is totally garbage they don’t want pay out claims. When they did, they gave me a hard time.

      This is the stupidest thing I've ever done. I filed a claim and accidentally put something else in there they paid for one and I called and they said they needed 1 thing for other thing they made me do a whole new claim now they are messaging me 5 to 6 times a day wanting information they already have. I have talked to account resolution for a week saying everything was taken care of but still ain't taken care of. Ask to talk to supervisor a week ago still waiting on to talk to supervisor but said I can't do a complaint because don't have one. They told me that everything is taken care of but isn't it anyone is smart I wouldn't get this because they tell you that you get paid for being off work you don't they tell you that if you have to have physical therapy they pay but you have to have it 30 days after accident to get paid they tell you they need one page but you have to do a new claim every time you go to doctors appointment and then they want all the information again

      I have had a cancer policy with Aflac for 6 years and this is the first time I filed a claim. I was diagnosed with ******** ** and I had surgery to remove it. The Aflac policy clearly stated that ******** is covered. I submitted all the pathology reports that said I had malignant ********, I submitted my post operation surgical notes. Aflac never requested additional paperwork. They denied my initial diagnosis benefit of $4000 and my rider benefit. I spent multiply hours on the phone with agents that were clueless when I brought attention to the wording in their policy that supported my claim. Currently they are reviewing my claim a 2nd time but I have little hope that they will pay me and honor the wording in their own policy. By their policy wording they owe me $6,900 but I won’t get it. I have paid them $2,600 for 5 years for nothing. They are stealing money and not paying claims. They are parasites! It’s a shame!

      I wish I could give this company 0 stars . They are awful !! They take this money out my work check before I even get my funds from . I have an accident policy with many other polices they charge me for , and I can’t even get my money when filing a claim . I have spoken to 10 different people about the claims I submitted 2 months ago , and have yet to receive anything . I constantly sending in documents pertaining to my claims , and they are being denied or ignored , and not even being looked at . I’m so sick of this company . This started terribly after COVID.

      Aflac and ** ********* worked together to take 4 payments out of 2 accounts (I have 3 policies) so that’s 10 payments in less than 6-7 weeks!
      Aflac says call ** *********
      ** ********* says call Aflac
      I have to cancel my cards and account numbers just so they won’t be allowed to keep taking money.
      I had to pay for numerous overdraft charges as well !
      I still have no answers and nothing is fixed after at least 9 phone calls and almost 20 emails
      Aflac and ** ********* better fix this or I will sue both companies

      I have been trying to file a disability claim since July 29th, 2024. I have made endless calls and faxed papers may times. They no one ever contacts me with stuff that is incorrect. I have called and every time I call they tell me it looks like they have everything now. But it gets reviewed again and something else is wrong. Now 5 weeks of trying to get this and now they need a different signature . So I have to fax again this paper with a different signature and wait another week for a review. I will be back to work before this is ever finished. When you pay for a service and need it this is very bad service.

      I was sold a fraudulent policy by one of their insurance agents, which was supposed to be a disability policy, but it wasn't, but I found out when I was hurt on the job.
      I called to file a claim, and was lied to by them telling me they don't sell individual policies, even though that's all their commercials advertises.
      When I contacted corporate, they backed their agent, and told me that there's nothing they could do for me.

      I am currently a policyholder and have been since 2004 with Aflac, American Life Insurance Company of Columbus Georgia. All policies were written and issued in the State of **********. I live in Georgia. I am the owner of (5) policies: ********, ******, ******, ****** and **** Insurance. All policies are currently active and paid to date. In 2007-2008 AFLAC removed online access. I have called over 20+ times, initially I thought it was an access (IT) issue, but recently was informed access to ALL accounts, policy, bank, outline of coverage, and policy numbers are not accessible to me online. AFLAC encourages and promotes online access and it is the only way to change banking information. There is NO other way to make changes other than online access. Aflac Customer Service has informed me several times of this. All access has been purposely removed. I would like online access granted since I own these policies. If online access is not granted I would like a refund issued for ALL policies since their inception. It is fraud and deception if I cannot access policy information for myself and my family. Per AFLAC customer service this is a common practice for AFLAC to take away access. The error code circles around and online help messages have been ignored along with an official complaint I filed with Aflac in June, 2024. This has created uncertainty, stress, anxiety and feel there has been trickery, misrepresentation and fraud by AFLAC. An immediate resolution is being requested.
