      Terrible company had 2 claims and they keep denying because an employer or doctors form that had been sent to them 2 to 3 times already no way to talk to nobody they just taking people's money and hiding

      Once you submit your correct paperwork from doctor & aflac has everything required from you they are very solid and prompt to pay benefits I was recently out of work for longest period in my life Aflac paid me just like clock work last payment seemed little late Called Carolyn with Aflac she almost instantly called me back from all the way across the us & explained everything 110 percent Carolyn & Carmen both are excellent to work with , now all your paperwork must be in order just as your told by Aflac or you will not get paid until you or doctor or who ever fixes it Aflac will follow up as they should Carolyn & Carmen both take care of you(customer) just like they own Aflac 100% honesty, service,&committment they back up own words with positive action again I was out of work for long time Aflac paid me everything owed me in a very timely manner I will never forget this I now know 100% how important short term disability is cause I experienced it 1st hand everyone I talked to at Aflac very professional if you don’t have Aflac I highly recommend it cause you just never know when you might need it 6 months before I was kinda like that’s Probally something I will never use boy how wrong I was I will always be grateful to allay &it’s great employees &no I’m not a paid spokesperson I’m just an Aflac customer who fell sick & could not work & needed help along with my employer/doctors/ alflac was also big part of that help Thank you alflac I rate your company &Staff 10 out of 10 could not want or ask for any better company for short term disability 1000% satisfied now that it’s behind me don’t believe the negative alflac and it’s people truly care about you a person Thank you again Aflac 1 truly happy customer!!!

      A pathetic company! Right now, as I type this message. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to speak with a live agent. This is the FIFTH time this has happened!
      The first four times I just assumed they were busy, but I should have known better. They do not want to be held accountable by customers so they avoid answering the phone.
      A pathetic company! I will be can canceling both of my policies with them!

      Aflac has become terrible to deal with. They do not have qualified agents to handle their claims. Representatives have told me incorrect information and have ZERO consequences for their mistakes. They are making it harder for customers instead of easier. Processing stated 5-7 days. It has taken them 16 days to get my claim processed. I used to tell everyone how great they were, that will NEVER happen again. RIDICULOUS!!!

      I THINK AFLAC IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED COMPY I DEALT WITH. THEY DONT GET BACK TO ME AND ARE IN LIMBO MOST OF THE TIME. AUTO PAY DOESNT WORK AND NO SOLUTIONS, PLAN ON DROPPING COVERAGE .

      Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my 60+ years. Ignored my cost submissions, claimed they called my dentist when the dentist denies the call, and FAILED to deliver the services I purchased. Even the BBB could not shame them into compliance. I'm looking forward to the class action suit that certainly some aspiring law office will muster with all these reviews.

      I have had this insurance since 1998, recently diagnosed with ****** and I cannot get them to pay the bill, they told me I as all set and I would have my money by today ****/24, no money I called again, third time, and now they have the ********* report and everything showing I have ******, now they are holding it up again because of no *** ** code the diagnosis is on the report and when I called the place they sent the ********* report, they do not put it on their because the diagnosis is there. Aflac has been taking my money all these years and when I need it they are making excuses not to put the claim through. Awful company, awful customer service. I would not even give them 1 star.

      I submitted a legitimate claim for ********* therapy to AFLAC. I had 5 days of ********* and they paid for only 4 days despite documentation. Denied my claim without even a letter of explanation. Went around in circles with customer service. Never was able to speak to an actual claims person or a supervisor.

      Horrible insurance company. I wish I could give this a zero star! I had this insurance for about 2 years. Difficult to make a claim. They denied more than they approve. I was diagnosed with ********. The first year they payed nothing after being in a **** for 3 weeks, icu stay, physical therapy in the hospital and out. 3 month hospital stay. I finally canceled my policy.

      Aflac is a SCAM! This company is the worst!!! They just want your money! You try to submit a claim that they give you the run around! You're missing this paperwork or that paperwork. Forget trying to speak with someone. ZERO Customer Service! No one answers or it just hangs up! Terrible!!! Awful!!!!! I can't believe people actually work for this company knowing that they are scamming hard working people out of their money.
      They forced me to give them a star rating! Its a ZERO rating on my part!!!!!!!
