      This Harley dealer ship had a 114 air filter cover on a 107 Harley. So they were pretending a Harley street glide standard was a special. No one told me it was a standard with the 107 engine in fact they pretended it was a special with the 114. So I bought it under false pretense and called the dealer to correct the issue. The salesman told me the general manager knew it was a standard with a different air filter and yet nobody told me the bike was not what I was under the impression it was. I took it to another mechanic shop and they were the ones to point out what had happened. I checked the contract and they put the paper work as a standard and they went through it quick and again no one pointed it out that they knew the air filter was wrong and misleading.

      **. ***** bought a Used Harley from the dealership on 12/27/24. The motorcycle was sold as model **** and all paperwork reflected that. There was a misunderstanding with the customer as to whether the bike was a **** or *****. The **** is a standard 107 engine and the ***** is a special 114 engine. The motorcycle had aftermarket accessories from the prior owner including a 114 breather which caused some confusion. The price of the motorcycle was reflective of a ****. **. ***** had submitted his complaint prior to our General Manager having the opportunity to meet about **. *****'s concerns. The General Manager explained the confusion and apologized to the customer for not doing a better job explaining the accessories on the motorcycle. **. ***** was offered a gift card for his inconvenience and is satisfied with the result. The owner called **. ***** to further review the situation and make sure the customer no longer has a complaint and the issue has been resolved to **. *****'s satisfaction.
