    This business is committed to providing tennis tournaments.

    I paid for participation in a tennis tournament for June 7-9,2024. Luke H***** did not get enough participation so he postponed it to June 28-30. During this time I requested to withdraw from the tournament. He refuses to withdraw and he postponed it to July 19-21. He still had low numbers and has postponed it to August 30- Sep 1 in **** ******* and stating that I can go to *** I did not pay for a tournament in **** ** *** When tournaments do not have enough participation, they are cancelled and give a refund. He has had my money for a June tournament since May 24. He refuses to withdraw my daughter’s participation from this tournament that does not have enough participants. I do not want to get a credit or participate at this point. I want my money back. I signed up for a tournament in ******* *** He is not providing that service or the date it was scheduled. The other tournaments do not have any participants signed up. Now he is expecting me to travel further or out of state to participate in his tournament. He does not give me a choice in participating or not. He only offers a credit and that is not mentioned on his website. He does mention withdrawals and refunds.
    I want him to withdraw my daughter and get me a full refund. It is not fair for him to hold my money and dictate the only choice I have is receiving a credit or lose my money completely. Those postponed dates do not work for my schedule. I am not able to schedule my life around his unsuccessful ability to provide a tournament for the date I was able to attend.

    I sign up from a website and do not have his address. I only have the website, email address and a phone number.

    The tournament the player registered for was postponed clearly and if the player cannot play on the new dates, the player will be refunded in full. The player registered for the tournament under the under of these guidelines.

     

    also the player was given options for other credits as well, example other tournaments they can play for waived entry fee and free entry to their next event, but the player seems to be confused and not understanding, and mistaking these for reschedule dates.
