    My husband and I went for our first visit and were there for over three hours! They apologized and said they were short staffed. We scheduled an appointment for my husbands crown and we went to the visit. We left and he had a temporary crown which came off within an hour. We drove 30 miles back and they put it back on and again it came off and we were 40 miles away. We didnt go back. He went for the crown to be put on and at check out we knew approximately how much it should cost. My husband questioned the billing person and he said it was right. They over charged him by about $300. We needed to be on the road, we were heading out of town, so I called back and asked for an itemized copy of the account. As I suspected, it was not right! So Ive emailed numerous times, called so many times (you cant get through), I got through a couple of times and was told someone would call me back, (they never did), Ive spoken to the corporate office four times, they assured me it would be taken care of and to call back and speak with the local office for a refund. As usual I have tried multiple times with no success! As soon ad Im back in town, Im going to go in person!! Ive NEVER seen a business with worse customer service!! This has cost me HOURS of time over a 6 week period!
