order#USA173343451958 December 5th I placed an order for 4 8x8 canvas prints totaling $49.55 which included $1.99 per canvas for hanging hardware. These were meant for Christmas gifts. I received all 4 canvases in mail. None of them had the hanging hardware and 2 of the canvases were not printed correctly. They refunded me $17.30 only for the 2 prints that were messed up, no refund for hanging hardware or shipping.order# USA173704152559 I reordered the 2 again that were not printed correctly totaling $35.40. I received both of them and now 1 is correct and the other is not printed correctly. I have emailed them several times and no replies. I would like them to reprint the last one that is messed up and also refund my money for the shipping that they didnt give me back and also the 1.99 (4) each for the 4 canvases that I got no hardware for. It is now February and was not able to give them as Christmas gifts like intended. Once this is settled I will no longer be using this Company for my Canvas needs.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is the best I'm going to get from this company after 3 months of aggravation.I will no longer use this company. My original order was around $35.00 and after 3 months of trying to get my order correct I was charged double that amount. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!

Merchant advertises a policy for a refund if the product quality is not as desired. The merchant was notified in a timely manner of the dissatisfaction with the product and a refund was requested and agreed to by the merchant. I am rejecting this response because:Your business practices are shady and you tried every trick to not fulfill the policies that are stated on your website. A refund was promised and never delivered on. A chargeback was initiated and cancelled as you stated the refund would be given if the chargeback was cancelled. That still didn't happen and you all just stopped responding to me. After re-opening the chargeback with my credit card provider, they were finally able to return the payment. I'm not sure if it was at their cost or yours but I will be sure to never do business with your company again, inform family and friends to not purchase from your company, and make every feasible effort to dissuade others on the internet from using your company. No, it won't be much, but any effort I can make to diminish potential sales on your products is a win in my book. Thank you for showing me that you have poor business practices so that I can inform others.

I ordered a canvas on a frame that was smaller than I had expected. But that wasn't the issue. The issue is that the canvas looks terrible on the frame. I sent a picture to the company of the canvas on the frame, and they agreed to refund my order. On 11/19/24 I placed an order with Canvas champs - order number USA173207343265. I received my order of 5 canvases. Three of them were damaged and 2 of them were on the wrong canvas. I emailed the company on 12/6 with pictures and a description of the issues and received a reply on 12/6 from ****** that they were willing to reprint the canvases if that was ok with me. I replied yes and again gave a description of the issues on each one stating all were either damaged or wrong. I have not heard back from them. I emailed them on 12/13, 12/16 and again on 12/18 and have copies of those emails. I tried calling but customer service will not answer. I need these reprinted or a refund.Business Response

On December 11th we ordered two pairs of customized socks that were advertised to be formatted as image ******. Instead we received a distortted out of focus personalized socks (images ******, ******). Business advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed but provides zero help in resolving the issue with a refund. I was supposed to receive my shipment on 12/10, and never received updates or tracking information. The package arrived 12/13. All 18 of my canvases came smashed into one box, resulting in all of them being dented, warped, and even more disappointingly--with the worst printing quality I've ever seen. I used exclusively the highest resolution photos that the site allows and every single one is dark and blurry and not at all reflective of the quality of the photos that were used. The faces aren't legible, the colored borders I selected are not even in the right spot along the borders and look horrible, and all of the pictures look dark and faded. I'm so disappointed, these are supposed to be Christmas gifts for our entire family and we have no back up and they are all terrible quality and damaged, bent, dented, not centered, and should not have passed QC. I have 2 other orders that were placed at the same time that have no tracking and have not arrived, with the *** being a week ago. I chatted in over 8 times with no responses, their chat messages do not go to anyone. They simply prompt an email stating Sorry we missed you, if you still need help please reach out. Their phone line does not connect to anything, after being on hold for 15 minutes 5 separate times the call just times out and hangs up. Their customer service email does not ***ly back at all. After dozens of attempts I was able to speak to a customer service *** via chat that required me to send over 50 photos of the damaged and horrible quality items individually to assess what could be done, then stated my option was to pay and additional charge for them to print them with lamination to make the photos legible. Its not acceptable to require additional payment to receive a baseline decent product. I was ghosted after that and now have no gifts for my entire family and am out $600. I ordered something very important, and the promise was that it would ship within 24 hours of me approving their "service" -- which was to show me the picture I uploaded and have me approve it -- and that was done in November, but it still has not shipped. I have let them know how urgent and important it is but they ignored me multiple times and in every way. The phone rings for 15 minutes before the answering machine picks up, yet they never replied to the one message I sent, requesting a call back. My first support ticket -- which I waited until after the package was expected to arrive, (12/10/2024), but the response was very vague and apologizing for other people not being able to do it on time, but it said nothing about the missing rewards I was expecting to have, and that I mentioned as a symptom of something very wrong with my order in their system. The person just ignored me when I asked for a specific time it would be expected to ship. They also ignored all of my subsequent tickets asking the same thing: why is this still in production and why haven't I heard back with an explanation of the problem and whether it can be fixed or if I need to go somewhere else to order the same things from a local place that is actually willing to work with me. Finally, whenever I tried to use the chat on their site, it just says that they missed me, even though all of their departments show someone is available. I have tried this all hours of many days and noone from sales, shipping or customer service has ever responded. Of the four support tickets I have created, zero show a response in their website and only one email was sent to me, saying it should be completed shortly (this was after 12 days when it should be completed in 24 hours), as if I am not being patient "As I can check, your order is currently in production and should be completed shortly. I was mislead by this company and am very disappointed with the 2 weeks that I was struggling to receive helpful communication from them about the lies their website perpetrated, e.g., they would ship within 24 hours, they were an ***************** they would communicate with quality support.
They emailed me with a tracking number a week after it was supposed to have arrived. This was after I already had the tracking number and found that they were not an **************** as their website said, and that the shipment was not coming from ***************** but from ***** through *****. This was also after all my attempts to communicate via phone calls, email, website chat, only resulted in short lies about how great and quick they are in response to my question as to why they were so slow and inaccurate.
This company needs to be poorly rated as they are misleading people and not keeping their promises. I expected next day and instead it was 2 weeks. I expected to be supporting an American business and they were lying.Business Response

On November 15, 2024, I ordered 4 canvas prints. I reached out to the company (it took multiple attempts) to request tax exemption for my company. I provided our tax exemption certificate to the email that I was told to provide it to. I was informed the status was changed in the system and my order would no longer show tax. That never happened after multiple logins/things done at the suggestion of the online chat **** I was told that tax would be refunded if I proceeded with the order, that it may just be timing with their system not showing my certificate upload and status change. I placed my order and was charged tax in the total. I received my credit card statement yesterday and discover no refund for tax. I have called 8 times in 2 days...never an answer, just a long hold. I have attempted to contact via online chat, but it may be 10 minutes between very vague (let me check that...over and over) communication. I reached out via email and was told to submit my certificate. I replied stating that had been done back on Nov. 15th.
