I purchased 7 photo items back in December 2023. I paid extra for expedited delivery to have them delivered by the 27th of December. December 27th came no delivery. I uses their chat, I was told to give it a couple of more days. It is now 3 days after the initial 27th and still no items. I used their chat again and keep getting the run around and they will not issue a refund, only for delivery. It was gifts which I now no longer need and I explained that to them. I told them to cancel it cause I still haven't received it.Business Response

Canvas Champ agreed to make a neon sign for me but instead of showing me a proof, they manufactured a product that does not match what was represented on their design tool. Namely, a dot on the letter i, which is not a dot on the finished product.When I brought his to their attention, they claimed that a dot cannot be made on neon signs, contrary to a minimum of seven signs on their website in addition to the design tool I used, which represented as a dot.Business Response

I ordered a canvas from a company called canvas champ in the amount of ***** and never received the product. The charge shows both on my PayPal account and coming out of my Broadview credit union with a transaction ID of ****. I called and spoke to someone with the name of ****** (I believe) he told me to register and the item would show in my cart. I attempted and it does not show so I called back and spoke to him again, he said the product wasnt ever completed so to check with my bank that the amount did in fact come out. I did this and received a transaction ID and called him back he said there are no managers, and that there is no way I couldve called my bank so quickly to confirm that the amount came out and that I was out of options and he hung up on me. At this point I did not receive my money back or the item purchased. I purposely used pay pal as a secure form of paymentBusiness Response

I ordered 11 canvas photos and only received 8. I emailed the company with no response. I then called the company and was instructed to email ***************************** with details about the missing items and they would either refund me or ship the missing items. I have not received a reply from that email either. The total of the missing items come to $50.78. I would like a refund. This is for Order #USA169084253888 The total after discount and tax was $127.08 and the items missing is the canvases that cost $28.94, $12.99, $8.85.Business Response

I purchased a personalized Rubix cube on 6/30 as a gift which was presented on 7/21. Upon attempt to use the toy it immediately fell apart. I filed a request for refund on the website on 7/27. Upon hearing no reply I contacted back on 7/31. I was told that images were needed--which were sent on 7/27. They apologized and said it would be expedited and a reply received within 2 days. I contacted back on 8/2 as I heard no response. Once again was asked to provide images via an email. I explained that I had already supplied the images and sent once again. And was told that I would need to send via email and would hear back again within in two days. I explained that this is now the second time I have been told this. All proof has been shared. I do not know if it is a scam or if the company is just this disorganized. I am asking for full refund for the product and shipment as it was faulty: $18.98.Business Response

On June 29, 2023 I ordered several prints from ********************* on their ** website listed in the amount of $68.15. On June 30, 2023 I contacted them on their email ****************** to make an adjustment on my order. They responded that the order had been shipped and that adjustments was no longer possible. Later on the same day I also received an email from Federal Express that an order was being initiated from *****. I was surprised since I order anything outside *****************. After checking on the internet I found out that the order I placed on Canvas Champs was being made in *****. As an ******** I always like to use US made products and do not like anything made from other country. I also received an email from Federal Express that the order had been In Transit for 9 days and that future delivery requires my presence and signature. I placed the order as a Birthday Gift and being in transit in ***** is not acceptable. Canvas Champs DID NOT disclose all of this in their website. I even sent an email to Canvas Champs on July 7 & 8 which they did not respond. I felt that they are doing a scam on their website and on their US advertisement. I don't like that the product they claim to deliver will be coming from *****. I like a full refund of my money in the aamount of $68.15.Business Response

Was sent someone elses order and have not been able to contact them. No one is ever available on their chat and they just send a copy and paste email asking if you still need help and they never respond. Its a complete scam.Business Response

On May 10th I purchased multiple canvases from Canvas Champ (www.canvaschamp.com) for an art show. I spent $130 plus extra for Express shipping. When my order arrived (over 6 days late) the packaging was not damaged but the inside canvases were almost all broken. The edges weren't even square in most prints -- the canvas was glued into the frame in some spots and in other spots coming off. All 4 of the large canvases had broken wooden frames. Multiple canvases were marked up as well. I had previously ordered from this company and didn't have any major issues like this. I contacted customer service twice and the latest answer was I could get 20% of my money back. I asked for 100% refund with no response. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed or 100% refund. Their guarantee doesn't seem to mean anything. I attached a screenshot of their website wording about the guarantee. Thank you for your help.Business Response

I ordered canvas prints from an online printing company called Canvas Camps. They had a coupon on its splash page stating by nine, get three free. I ordered nine prints expecting three additional canvases to be sent. They now say the terms and conditions were unmet, and I waited too long to respond. I reiterated several times that the ad on the splash page did not have any links to the terms and conditions page. I sent customer service a copy of their splash page promotion proof that there was no link to the terms and conditions page. I called customer service on June 7th, spoke with *******, and explained the situation. He asked for 24 hours to review; I received no response. I called again and talked to *****, who requested that I email customer service a copy of the splash page requesting the three additional prints. Again I have yet to receive a response; I called again and spoke with ****, who promised to call back or email me within 24 hours. I waited for an email or a callback again no response from anyone in customer service. I called again and talked to ******, who talked to me like I was mentally challenged or a kindergartener stating that it was too late to change the order and that I did not understand the terms and conditions. If this was indeed a misunderstanding on my part, they should have offered to send the three additional prints as a goodwill gesture. Giving me the run around for almost a week is poor customer service, and I will never use them again.Business Response
