      I ordered and paid extra for quicker delivery. I chose **** company because I could get what I was needed in time. The items were to arrive Thursday April 27. I needed these items for year end gifts for our coaches. I still don't havebrhe the items that were now supposed to arrive today, and just got notice I won't have then now until tomorrow. I had to scramble to get alternate gifts. They have refunded me the shipping but I shouldn't be paying full price for something that I had to turn around and order something else in *** of..

      I placed a large print order for 40 booklets on behalf of a non profit organization I am part of. We needed these printed and delivered by 4/28 for an event attended by 500+ people. I had checked at least 3 times before placing the order whether the order will be delivered by 4/28 and was assured as yes. However, the order has not been delivered now and we are in a fix on how to organize the event without the booklets. Those booklets were supposed to be gifts for the teachers. The event was to appreciate their contribution. We have been following up on the order status since 4/22 and every time we are getting a different answer. Every time the update we got is, they will get back to ** with an update in ***** hours. It is extremely frustrating to follow up with them. We have asked *********** to compensate for the delay by cancelling the order and giving full refund but haven't received anything yet. The company is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and lacks the business ethics.

      I received my order of 2 framed pictures December 22, 2022. Upon receiving my order, both were damaged. I submitted a ticket and sent an email that same week with no response. I am looking for a refund.

      I placed over a $300 order in May. I received the order and 20 of my prints were completely misprinted (all of the same image) and I didn't receive 4 of the prints.I contacted customer service, and attached images of the proof and what was actually received, who stated that my order had been fulfilled as ordered.I replied that it clearly was not and attached the same images, and then they said they were sorry and if a re-print was ok. I said yes and then never heard anything. that first exchange was July-Sept., for an order in May.Fast Forward, realize that I still had not heard anything nor received the order. Contact them again and have now been going back and forth for a week. They ask me to send the images, two more times. To constantly state which items, over and over again. I was confused as they already admitted fault and said they would reprint. They are now trying to say that it's not their fault it was the border I requested - yes I requested a mirror, but the background around the image was mirrored according to the proof which is what I wanted, not the image itself. Regardless of what options I chose, the prints look nothing like the proof image, the image the site creates so you know what it will look like. They state "100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer across our product lines a 100% satisfaction guarantee" on their site, and have spend $1,000s of dollars on this site to make prints of my art and they can't fix their admitted mistake.
