    Sent firearm from my FFL in *******. This dealer refused to accept. My dealer sent email of his license twice. This dealer said email not acceptable, then said it cost him $3 to print. Then said never received. Vulgar, nasty, unprofessional, unethical and abusive. These types of people should not be in business that deals with humans. Upon my trying to resolve situation he get heated and yelled. Ultimately, he refused gun and claims hes sending back. I want others to know this is not someone you want to do business with.

    This person dropped off a gun at a dealer in *******. When I received the firearm there was no Federal Firearms License in the package only a bill of sale from the complainant. I cant accept a gun without a Drivers license or a *** and the package was addressed to ****** Gun Shop (Im ***** Gun Shop in ******) no emails were received by me from the shipping dealer and when my wife called the gun store that shipped it the lady was very rude to her so I got involved only to figure out why she was being rude. She then lit into me about how I had been emailed a copy of their *** but after checking none was found. My instructions online are to send a copy of the *** with the package. After I told this rude lady I was going to Return to Shipper because nothing seemed correct about this transfer I received a phone call from this *** that made the complaint. He berated me up and down and told me this was the worst encounter hed ever had in 30+ years. I told him I was returning to shipper and he could choose another store. Ive been in business 8 years and have never had anything even remotely close to a situation like this. I contacted the *** and spoke with my Agent and he agreed that something was fishy about the entire transaction. This firearm was returned to sender today November 13, 2023 via **** *** never met this *** and hes never been in my store. Hes never done business with me and Im not real sure how he was able to file a complaint when hes never set foot in my store, lives in ******* and weve never done any business together. He dropped his gun off at a store in ******* and they are the ones that sent me his gun. As a Christian *** Im not vulgar but most likely was meeting his rude behavior with rude behavior. Id like this to be stricken from my account. Regards.

    His recollection is somewhat different than facts. I just want it noted that hes nasty, abusive to the women at my ffl, unwilling to discuss, unprofessional and unethical.
