      I contacted the company in January to get an update since in the past deliveries were always prompt. I was told I would get a call back the next day but have not heard back since. Further emails and voicemails to the company have gone unanswered and now the company voicemail is full so there is no way to contact. I’d like to either get delivery or a refund.

      I have ordered custom stair treads from this company twice before. I wanted a third set for my pet to use at my in-laws home. I ordered the same product on January 17, 2024. After a few weeks of not receiving the stair treads I contacted the company. I ended up having to email them because no one answers the phone. I have emailed them many times for the past 2.5 months and get the same generic response. They are custom made and they are backed up, and they should ship in 1-2 weeks. When I ordered this product this most recent time they asked me to change my password which is not unusual. However, I was not able to pay directly for this product. I had to set up a payment plan- and choose Affirm for three payments of $150 over three months for a total of $450 for the product. I have cancelled my last payment due this week since I will never be receiving this product. I went to Yelp and starting reading reviews yesterday and see that there are many others that have had this experience in the past few months. This store name is now a cover for a scam where they take your money and don't deliver the product.

      I have not heard from the company once I filed a complaint. If you look up reviews on this company on yelp you will see so many others have had this same issue where they order & pay & never receive the product.

      I purchased the “ dean tape free pet friendly non skid gripper premium carpet stair treads classic keshan claret red 31” w (set of 18) plus a matching landing hearth mat 27”x39” at $543.99 on 11/16/22. Order number *****.

      At first I was able to correspond via on their website, until they stopped responding. I was told that since it was a custom order ( I needed 18 stair treads I stead of the standard 15) it was taking more time to produce. Then I was able to email them through the confirmation link and once that website disappeared I ended up calling and speaking to them a few times. They would never return a phone call unless I called to say I wanted to place an order for custom order, stair treads, and at that point somebody would return my phone calls to place the order. When talking with someone at the store I was informed that they would get back to me after speaking with their manager. I never got a return phone call.

      The fully charged my card at time of purchase since it was a “custom order” instead of charging me at time of shipment.

      On January 3, 2024, I placed an order on phone with company representative, I then paid in full in amount of $845.98 for stair treads via ******. I started reaching out to the company in February to check on status as I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I've now reached out to the company via email on March 1, 8 and 11 with out any response. My attempts to reach the company by phone have been futile as the message voicemail is full and will not accept new messages. Rather they inform the callers to correspond via email to their email address at *******************************

      I have emails with follow-up information regarding my item that was never received - my last email from this company was November 2023, I have tried multiple times to contact them via phone and email with no results. Thank you for your time, hoping I can get my money refunded!

      Bought the products on Dec. 18th, 2023 and have not received the product or a status of the delivery or any kind of communication. No one answers the phone and you can not leave a message. Emails and text messages go unanswered. This company has at least four different names and my guess it is used to defraud people.

      I ordered and paid for 2 custom sisal stair treads on 12/14/2023 for a total of $72 and was told the turnaround time would be 2-6 weeks. By Jan 24, 2024 I had not yet received my order or any correspondence. I called and emailed repeatedly with no success until finally a email server responded by Feb 6 indicating that it would be another 2-3 weeks. Again, by Feb 25, I have not received the order, reached out by phone and email with no response.

      non-delivery of product ordered and it is totally impossible to reach a person using the phone number (their mailbox is full). E-mails are not responded to.

      We paid them $389.99 on January 8, 2024 by charge card.

      It is now February 29, 2024 and we have not been able to find out if they are even planning to send the stair treads. Meanwhile they have almost $400 of our money.

      August 22, 2023 I placed an order with ***** **** in the amount of $3425.00, I received an email from ****** **** with an invoice to pay via ******. I paid the invoice promptly and have never received my product notrany communication as to when I will receive it. I had ordered from Dean in the past and had success. A few of the orders took longer than quoted but none the less the orders were filled. I have called and left messages with no response and sent emails with no response.

      We placed an order in May of 2023 and was told the item was out of stock at the time so we would have to wait 3 months for the item to be shipped. After waiting we reached out and were told the item was still out of stock and to chose a different style. We reached out with a substitute item and they never returned our emails or our phone calls. We still want the product but no one will get back to us and they charged our credit card. At this point we want our money back or the substitute product sent to us.
