      I placed an order on September 11, 2023, Order Number ***** for a Katana Blue Floral 30”x42” runner. I have still not received it. I have made numerous calls asking when i can expect fulfillment. The status on the website still says “Awaiting Fulfillment.” I have only received a reply once—right around Thanksgiving I think, and was told “soon.” The last three times i have checked (starting around the end of the year) i can’t reach anyone and my voice mail messages are not returned. NOW, today, I can’t even leave a voice message. I want my runner, but if Dean has no intention to fulfill, then i want my money back.

      I ordered samples, paid $20, never received them. I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails.

      I placed an order on November 19, 2023 for Non-Slip stair treads. My credit card was charged $233.99. I still have not received my order. I have emailed several times. I have also called several times and their mailbox is full. I feel this place is a scam. If they are not a scam, they have a very poor business practice. I would like a refund of my money.

      I purchased stair treads on November (2023) 4th (deducted from my checking account that day) $219.99. They advertised orders leave the warehouse 1-3 business days from date of purchase. The last update I received was an email stating I would get them by Christmas. I did not. I was supposed to get an email with a tracking number. I have called and called and no one answers so messages were left and ignored. To date I’ve sent the last email stating if they cannot send me the order I want a refund. I am beyond frustrated to the point of anger that no one is answering the phone or emails. Ridiculous and horrible professionalism for a business that claims to custom make the order. I’m sure I ordered from the drop down menu of sizes so it couldn’t have been custom. More like standard. I’m going to keep trying but I think they stole my money at this point and there will be no stair treads delivered. It’s been 12 weeks since I ordered. I’m not even sure who owns this company so if it’s not the one I selected it has to be the other option. Different address but still Georgia. Thank you.

      On August 30, 2023 I purchased via online 15 carpet stair treads (5 sets of three) for the amount of $420. My Order # *****. The company used the site ****** to accept payment, which was an inconvienent way to pay. I have ordered from Dean Stair Treads in 2019 with no complaint whatsoever, receiving my goods in 30 days. In October of 2023, I emailed to inquire about my order. I promptly received a response that all orders are custom made to order and would be getting an email with my tracking number. On January 23, 2024 I emailed the company again to inquire on my order since checking my order on their website says "awaiting fulfillment". I did not get a response this time. Today, Jan 29, I called their two numbers and both cannot accept any new messages. I sent an email to the company asking to not treat their customers this way, and if they cannot fill my order then I would be expecting a refund. Then I decided to add this complaint to others you have received. I would really like to have the stair treads, but in the unlikely case I am not going to received them, then naturally would expect my purchase refunded!

      Placed an order in May 2023. After many attempts to follow up about delivery I received an email in September saying it would “ship soon.” It is now January of 2024 and O have been unable to get in contact with the business to collect a refund or receive my goods ordered.

      Order was placed March 1st , 2023. After numerous inquiries via email and phone I still have not received this order or a refund. They don’t respond to emails and their voice mail is full.

      On November 21, 2023 I placed an online order for 15 stair treads in the amount of $435.00. This money was withdrawn from my bank account verifying my order. I was expecting some type email receipt which never came. I wasn’t too concerned at the time because I had ordered from this company twice before and was pleased with the product giving me faith that they were reputable. In December 2023, I tried contacting the company by phone and was instructed by the answering machine to send an email which I did. Several days later I did receive an email response thanking me for my order and basically telling me to be patient and they would contact me with a shipping date. The number provided on the email was ***** for whatever that is worth. I waited patiently till after the holidays and still no product nor notification of shipping date. I then called the sales department as that is the only department telephone number provided on the website and left a message. A female (I think named ****) later called explaining my order was custom and with the holiday orders they are behind. **** said she would contact the warehouse and have them contact me with a shipping date. I provided her with my email and phone number. I never received any notification. But I continued to wait. My wife is now upset. She left a message which never received a response. I called last week and left a message with the expectation of receiving a response back that same day. As luck would have it, I did get a call back but was not able to pick up. A message was left telling me that they are working on my order and the warehouse would be contacting me with the shipping date. One week later still no response from the warehouse or company. Now when I call the company I get a machine telling me it is full and no messages can be left. I now have big concerns about the company and their ability not just to fulfill my order but to return my money which they took on November 21, 2023. Please help me!!!

      Ordered stair treads for $630 on Nov. 24. Have not received anything. I have emailed, called and left messages. On the site it says in process. They are non-communicative and have not delivered anything.
