Ordered 3 stair treads over the phone in early 11/2023.
Dean Stair Tread charged my credit card at that time.
Now, in late January 2024, Dean will not pick up phone. Dean will not return messages left asking for a status on the order. Dean Won't return any of the 2 email attempts asking for a status. After multiple calls, and emails there has been no return communication. All I want is for Dean to either 1) send me what I was charged for, 2) give me some sort of good faith status on the order and then follow up on it or 3) return the money and let me know the order has been canceled.Initial Complaint

Order placed and received confirmation on 12/12/2023.
All orders are shipped via ***, *****, or the ****. If you need your order in a hurry or by a certain date, we offer expedited shipping services if you call us at ************** ** ************. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Transit time for most standard shipments is 1-5 days. Most orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, however, custom phone orders may take a few extra days to process. Please keep in mind that most items are custom made to order in the USA at the time of your purchase and therefore you are charged at the time that you place the order so that we may begin manufacturing your product.
Standard shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states. Exceptions to that rule include orders of less than $100.00 or for custom quantities that are for less than the listed sets or other unusual weight, size, or location based circumstances as determined by the company. Please keep in mind that extra shipping fees may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii or for international shipments and that shipping rates are also weight and size based. For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for paying any customs, duties, local taxes, or additional carrier fees upon delivery.

I’ve used this company in the past with wonderful success.
Placed an order on 11/2/23 - and paid $750.00 and have not received anything. Received to emails from the company that my order should have come by late December. I’ve since tried emailing and phoning with no answer, no reply, no success.Customer Answer

They've ignored my calls and emails. I've used them in the past & they were great. A colleague ordered from them after I did in December & his order was filled. No idea what's going on. Additionally, I shared this info on their FB page and look like they deleted their account.

I send an email to them on 11/22/23 at 12:46pm and they responded 3 minutes later:

I ordered stair treads from this company on 11/27/2022. tried reaching out to them several months after (February of 2023) ordering the stair treads and they led me to believe that they were going to send them but were behind. My subsequent attempts to reach them (november of 2023) were unsuccessful. To date on their website it still says “awaiting shipment”.Customer Answer

I ordered carpeted stair treads on Oct. 2nd 2023, and have not received the order. I paid by credit card, which they took right away. I have called several times and have been given excuses like we are way behind, no tape for the backing, Other times they don't answer and I have sent an email 3 times with no response.
I have requested a refund without response.
