      I purchased stair treads on 11/7/23. I paid by credit card in the amount of $399.99
      The company's Website indicates they ship orders quickly usually within 1-3 days.
      I contacted the company on 11/13 asking when I could expect delivery.
      On December 5th they responded and said I would have it before Christmas. They apologized for the delay and said I would receive a tracking number when my order ships.
      I have contacted them repeatedly (12/17, 12/19, 12/20, 12/21). They do not respond to my emails. I have also called repeatedly and left messages. I don't get a response.
      I have now gone online and see there are many complaints against this company.
      Ideally I would like the carpet treads. I ordered from this company 3 years ago and was very happy. But at this point, I don't think my treads are coming. If I could get them, I want them, but that is doubtful at this point.
      I did get in touch with my bank (** ****) this morning (12/22). I want to dispute the claim and get my money back. It is a long and drawn out process.
      I am hoping you can help. I'd also like others to be warned. It seems this is a shady business.

      On November 8th, 2023, my husband and I placed two separate orders, *** and ***, with Stair Treads. Order *** totaled 956.00 dollars and promised items that are not fully visible on the email. Order ***, totaling 759.98 promised one 3 x 5 area rug, two 29" x 12' runner rugs, and one 29" x 8' runner rug. I called Stair Grippers on 12/5/23 for a status update. Was told warehouse was waiting on "black banding" and it should be about one week. On 12/18/23 I called and left a VM regarding status update. On 12/19/23 and 12/20/23 I did the same. My husband sent an email on 12/20/23. None of our attempts to contact have been responded to. I also contacted the company via their social media accounts on ******** and *********. Those messages have also been unanswered. As of 12/21/23, no responses, either in writing or phonically, have been received. We are not in receipt of any product.

      I have ordered from this company in the past and was very happy with the service and quality of the product. I placed an order for carpet stair treads and a landing mat on 10/19/23 and received an email confirmation immediately that order was received. They charged my credit card for the full payment of $239.99, free shipping. I checked in with them on 11/4/23 requesting an update on the status of the order, they responded quickly informing me that the order would "ship soon" and apologized for the delay. On 11/15/23 they notified that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks due to backorders. I contacted them again on 11/28/23 and they told me the color/pattern I ordered was still backordered and asked if I wanted to change to another color/pattern. When I asked how long it would take to wait, they said another 2-3 weeks. I didn't want to change, so I requested they keep me updated. My emails and phone calls since then have gone unanswered. I requested a cancellation and refund to my credit card and have not heard back. Today I contacted my credit card company, they are processing a claim.

      Ordered a product in early October. Over $900. No confirmation of shipping or delivery expectation. Emails say “shipping soon” and no respond when requesting a refund.

      This business needs to be shut down.

      I placed a very large order on September 22 2023. The order was a phone order and I was told it would take about 6 wks. I contacted the company at the end on November 6th via email and the response was 1-2 wks they would ship. I did not receive them. I contacted by email again and was told the wold ship the following week. It has been 5 wks and I still have not received them. I have called 4 times and left messages and have not gotten a call back. Also they will not respond to my emails. I either want my stair treads and rugs or a refund. Thank you

      On 5/17/23, I placed a custom order over the phone to Dean Stair Treads for 13 Stingray Gray peel n stick bullnose 27 inch stair treads. An invoice was sent to my email, which I promptly paid. On 6/10/23, I had not received the stair treads so I emailed the company who said the stair treads are custom made and they expect them to ship soon. On 6/28/23, I emailed again to follow up on this order, and the company emailed back stating that the color I wanted was on backorder. On 8/22/23, the company tells me that the color is still on backorder. After inquiring about a different color stair tread on 8/24/23, this was the last time that I have received an email from the company. I have called their listed phone number many times and left voicemails, and sent several emails. No one at this company picks up the phone when I call, returns voicemails, or emails. At this point, I just want a refund and to be done with this company.

      My order was placed on 06Sep2023 and my debit card was charged $1,620. After going back and forth with this company who simply lies to you about the status of your order, and after sending over 14 emails, 4 voicemail messages left, and speaking with a manager twice I canceled my order on 15Nov2023 because it still had not been delivered. I received a confirmation email acknowledging my cancellation and stating my refund would be issued. It is now 05Dec2023 and still no refund issued. They do not respond to emails or voicemails. I want my money refunded.

      On November 9 2022, I placed for stair treads totaling $722.50. I was told the order would take 6 weeks. On Feb 2, I contacted them since I had not received my order. They immediately responded that the product was no longer available. It took me some time to pick something new. But I placed a new order and was told it’s on back order. In July, I contacted them again and was told it’s still on back order. So I picked something else. August 12, I confirmed my new choice and was told it would take 3 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and started to contact them by email and phone every other week and have not heard anything. Absolute radio silence. I have asked for a refund and no answer. Based on internet search, and the amount they have stolen from me, I considered legal action. But I am trying this path. Please help me to either get my product or a refund. At this point, I would prefer the refund. I am so disgusted with this and I don’t have that much discretionary cash.

      On September 4th, I ordered stair treads from Dean's. Their website indicates that items are normally shipped within a week. I emailed them on October 2nd for a status update and received a reply on October 4th that "I expect your order to ship shortly". On October 23rd I emailed them again with their last communication & asked for an additional update since I still had not received a shipping date. I have not received further communication from them. In addition to the email on 10/23, I have called & left two messages - no one ever picks up the phone.
