  Folks were knowledgable, helpful, kind, and patient. Someone was available every time I had a question and walked me through anything I was wondering about fogging and cleaning a big house with lots of closets and rough cut wood! My father, for whom we id this process, immediately could breath easier with the air filter provided.

  Our firm has been working with Biocide for over a year now and they have gone way beyond their responsibilities to help us. We have used their products on many jobs and have been extremely impressed. Their customer service will get your questions answered immediately. We have worked with ***** a few times on their products and he has been very helpful. We would highly recommend their products to anyone that needs help on any type of mold issues. Weve done before and after mold tests and have seen great results. **** also worked with **** in Sales and he has also been great to work with and everyone there seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Great customer service and technical support. One of my forggers did not discharge properly. A replacement was sent out by ***** the same day I called. I'm optimistic that treatment has taken care of issues on my boat, but will retreat as/if required in the future.

  This was the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective place I have come across thus far. In a nut shell they saved my 5 year old sons life. The mold that was found on his matress had him so sick he went from A+ to being in special education, on steroids, and nebulizers 4x a day. They helped us all the way through. There was never a day where I called and didnt get intouch with who i needed. The product is legit. Within about 2 days his eyes were less red. By maybe 2.5 weeks the coughing slowed. He even started eating again once we fogged the whole house. The process is simple. After all of that here we are and my baby has tested out of special education as of 01/11/2023 and is back in regular classes and making A's and B's and talking more, less coughing ,no itching, or vomiting and no fevers every week. I hope this company understands how greatful I am for their product and help!!-Thankful Mom

  They are a great company. I had 2 cans that didnt work quite right and the sent me 2 new ones no questions ask. Just told them what was wrong. Really have a great product.
