I purchased a food truck from these people for $22,000 in the original contract. It states that heat and air are to be installed. They did not install heat. I had to drive back up to *********** to have them install the heating element, which now does not work. They also did not put the website on the truck and then mailed me a vinyl sticker which tried to charge me $60 for I had to screenshot the proof that it was supposed to be included in the original Mock up so they did not charge me, but they did mail me a vinyl sticker for me to put on myself. Now that the heat does not work and I have a Beverage truck full of freezers I have losing money on events I cannot work. Im going to have to buy a space heater and when I contacted them about this problem, ***** the owner, stated that he would refund my money and rip out the ** unit or I could buy a space heater. I paid $1500 for an **/heat unit. these people as soon as they got their final check want nothing to do with repairing their damages , now Im afraid to take it back to them because Im afraid they will s**** it up even worse after purchasing it. Ive had three trips up there for repairs and I havent use the vehicle yet. my main question is why arent they honoring their #Warranty?
