    Do not sign a contract with this company! They stink and will charge you over $3000 if you cancel with them! Corrupt business practices

    ACC does 3rd party Fiber optics service on behalf of ATT in my area. Not only did it take them nearly one whole year to install their service, when they finally installed it, I never received the promised speeds. I got less than 1/3 of the speed I was being charged for. When I contacted ACC, they rarely if ever responded with reasons as to why I was not getting the speeds I was paying for. They would often say they ran tests and that everything was good on their end, when in fact it wasnt. After 2 whole months trying to troubleshoot everyday, they said they were going to charge me to fix itnote they were already charging me $800 per month for their basic plan. I eventually tried to cancel my account and they started threatening to send me to collections for non-payment of future months. I had no contract with them. After multiple calls and emails, they finally accepted canceling my plan, but made me pay the last month (which I had no service in) before closing my account. These folks are very scammy and do not have their customerss best interest. If anything, this is a pyramid scheme. Stay away if you can.

    This is an internet service provider that doesn't allow for online payment in 2022. I called and couldn't get through twice, then sent two letters in the mail asking for them to call me, which they never did. I will be finding another provider to service my internet needs as I think its absurd in this modern age to ask your customers to write a paper check and put it in the mail. What a waste of money, time, and resources!

    We were promised a 2 month buildout for internet, once the process began suddenly it became a 6 month job. After finding another internet provider who got the job done in less than one week, ACC business claimed they sent "equipment" to us which we never received. We never even got past the phase 1 "site visitation" point in the contract. I'm writing this one year later, since I've called and emailed everyone involved and no one responds and all I get are just bills saying we owe money for services we never received.Complete crooks. Don't go near this company, it's better to just not have internet than deal with whatever this is.
