According to information in BBB files, Grillz By Scotty, LLC has a pattern of complaint alleging Service Issues, Delivery Issues and Refund or Exchange Issues.
Specifically, consumers are stating they purchase grillz from Grillz By Scotty, LLC. Some consumers are provided with delivery dates and pick-up deadlines that are constantly missed. Other consumers state they reach out to Grillz By Scotty, LLC and are provided additional delivery dates that are missed as well.
On July 6, 2022, BBB contacted Grillz By Scotty, LLC to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint.
On January 10, 2023, Grillz By Scotty, LLC responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern:
1. We have caught up on all orders.
2. We have updated our shipping process.
3. We have hired more customer service reps.
Although Grillz By Scotty, LLC agreed to BBB's request in January 2023, consumer complaints continue to allege similar issues. It is the position of BBB that Grillz By Scotty, LLC has failed to eliminate the pattern of complaint.
