  Padsplit is an unethical company that takes advantage of people who are already in need by overcharging to live in what was built to be single-family homes. There are never enough bathrooms in the houses yet they average at about $800 a month. They false advertise homes and at the renters expense, Padsplit will still find a way to say a debt is owed. They have no accountability and claim they are a third party company. Homes are advertised as new and remodeled but once you book and gain access to the property, it looks nothing like the pictures. If you are not pleased with what you discover once they give you the properties address AFTER they have secured your money, they do offer a refund policy but still charge you even if you never move into the property. They have no understanding or compassion for the people who they service. They only look to capitalize off those in need. They dont care about providing housing for those in need; only securing a dollar no matter what. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Not too bad I like the cheap weekly prices most padsplitters harder to get along with but overall not bad I just wish there was one closer to my work.. the upcoming ones close to my work seem to sit at 2-4 weeks havent changed..but Id definitely recommend if your single or trying to build credit or save money

  I am not a customer but one of their customers either accidentally gave my phone number when they signed up or PadSplit entered it wrong. I am being harassed by this company with texts and calls, despite never being a customer and repeatedly contacting them and advising that they have the wrong number and asking for my nunber to be removed. It's been going on for more than a month. **************** is non-responsive or gives vague responses but has not removed my number and I continue to be contacted about someone else's booking, overdue padsplit balance, and by their subcontractors. The poor service and refusal to cease contact despite being repeatedly informed they have the wrong number is enough to make me never do business and warn other people about them.

  I spent five great months in a padsplit home in ******* and it was ideal for my short term need for safe, clean and comfortable living. The house was kept clean and well maintained. Padsplit is an excellent hosting organization.

  I like the concept, of easy terms, affordable, and convenient locations to shops and transportation. However some of the neighbors are very questionable and in less desirable neighborhoods. Also there is no manager onsite checking on the property and inspecting issues relating to maintenance and roommates breaking rules. Also there should be additional checks other then just criminal back ground and credit. There should be a screening for mental health, wellness and current drug use. It would be a great option to group roommates who are in similar age group, life style and careers. Not just cleanliness and sleep time. Very important, I also think you should have a mini fridge and at least your mini coffee maker in some rooms. I don't trust my food in the kitchen period.

All PadSplit Members must pass a criminal background check before being able to book a room, and PadSplit verifies employment and income for every Member before setting foot on a property. We care about each of our Members. While rare, Members are encouraged to report any incident where they feel unsafe to the police and seek a temporary restraining order when appropriate. PadSplit works with Members and in concert with local authorities to investigate any alleged incident. We also provide transfers to all Members for any reason. Our Member Support team is available 24/7 to discuss transfer options, and you can reach them at **************.

  NIGHTMARE! Online the room looked bigger. I get there , after Ive paid over 300$ and in person the room was big enough for a full bed. THATS IT. LITERALLY! It felt worse than a jail cell. I instantly started having a panic attack and became claustrophobic and had to immediately vacate the premises! Then I call them and let them know this. They were NO HELP AT ALL. Didnt get a refund either. Even though I only walked into the room n immediately walked out. I dont recommend this to ANYONE!
