      DO NOT STAY WITH PADSPLIT. This is my second time staying with them after they messed up a payment I made which paid off my entire balance that they claimed I owed even after paying which is ridiculous. They penalized me FOR ***** mistake and trying to make me pay for something that I shouldnt have to. THIER customer service is horrible. They dont care about THIER mistakes at all. They take forever to charge your card and claim that it was something on your end when it wasnt. THIER homes are HORRIBLE. They dont respond to reported violations or nothing. THIER payment department is a joke. This will be my last time staying with them. They need to shut down padsplit IMMEDIATELY

      Possible Civil Rights Violations as well as fraud with criminal intent. Rooms are not even remotely similar as advertised. Renters are only informed of their host's stat rate after the room is booked . The creator of PadSplit has managed to accomplish what no one in ******* has done for two centuries: bringing a form of slavery back to *******. I'm a member of the BBB. An "F "rating would be fitting.

      Great place to be!!!
      The host is agentleman! The pad mates were especially chosen from a bunch of good people and it is peaceful and quiet!!!

      Padsplit is a great platform and serves the needs of many and reduces programs like section 8 or other social assistance programs while providing affordable and safe housing for the workforce tenant!

      I moved from ***** to ****** and I moved in to one of the rooms in ****** at ****************************************************************************** the house is **** he is very rude and disrespectful he is racist the tennis got together and lie on me and **** came and had his maintenance guy take down the door that is illegal

      I moved from out of town for job related and I book one of the rooms and someone came and remove the door and the lock and the bed and I have paid the money for the room and now I am sleeping on your room floor at the point of homeless because of your home

And some other man threaten to throw my stuff outside you have to help me with this no one should be treated like this can you bring the bed back in the room and put the door back up and I'm just asking for a month room discount I'm at the point of homeless because of this

      Padsplit refuses to manage these places and have the worst customer service in the world! They want the members to manage the houses. When something is brought to ps attn they send auto msg that dont have anything to do with anything, They took 2 of 3 keys (3=out) bc liars decided they didnt like me and wanted to get me out the house. Ps conspired with them to the point where they were sharing my acct info with them. They stuff too many ppl into small houses, to get more money, but dont regard the ppl that live in the spaces. They dont get involved when conflicts arise, which only makes things worse.My neighbors, were saying my tv was blaring after quiet hours, simply bc they could hear it. The problem is our rooms are connected and they are in complete silence in their rooms. The one next door spazzed out daily bc she wanted it library quiet, She isnt entitled to that! She didnt like that I came in late, and she could hear my tv and me moving around. Instead of ps letting her know thats part of living in a shared space and that different ppl have different lifestyles and schedules; as well as suggesting she use ear plugs, or something else to block the noise they entertained her nonsense. ** said she had evidence of my noise, It couldve been fabricated. I shouldve been able to defend myself. I assume the evidence was her recording outside my door. The problem with that is tthey dont get how small & tight the house is. They ended up telling me that if my tv can be heard outside my door its too loud. Everything going on in a room can be heard outside the door. Prior to my key removals I sent them a ton of msg where I tried to provide my side of the story, as well as recordings from outside my door to show it wasnt loud. I only got more auto msg &nonsensical replies. PS never said what the rubric for loud was. Loud is relative. They never directly spoke to me, never warned me, just suddenly, 2 days in a row, removed my keys,

      This is what Im talking about. The bots are in control. This is another automated msg. It does NOT even begin to address the issue. They NEVER do! My account information was ABSOLUTELY shared with someone that is a known enemy. Padsplit stabbed me in the front and the back on multiple occasions! Its not that people are pleased, most just dont bother complaining; because they know theres no point. Most are also in need of a place to stay and realize that all the c*** they have to put up with is the price they have to pay for being poor. Padsplit customers are the oppressed and disenfranchised among us. Theyre used to being stepped on.
