      It was easy to apply and move into my Padsplit, my only issue is that it's not more options in different parts of the city that I live in and in all 50 states in the U.S.

      My experience was ok , until two keys management, tried to bill me after my move out . Then lied on me and said I was still staying at the property, it took two days for them to straighten the situation out . They threatened an eviction and everything , also the house had rats and holes in the roof plumbing issues no one came to fix .

      I will never use your service ever again the whole process was ******** especially when I notified you and I left because I lost my job and you guys said you're going to evict me when I've already been gone for 2 weeks

      Came well equipped with everything! Host got to me immediately with any questions I had! PadSplit is a great opportunity to help you get back on your feet , very affordable and easy process! It was a great experience and I definitely recommend it !

      I am in search of housing due to job relocation. I read terrible reviews so I called on a property that said 754/mo I asked if it was that and to have a showing and she said its per week and I must be on a 3rd party site. I verified I was but looking for affordable housing and she said were not for you I said the description makes it sound like they are looking for renters its not a single room, its 2 be 2ba with full kitchen and its own laundry. She said cant be doesnt sound like you can afford us. So the basically the whole site is a scam?

      Its simple and fast and I loved it . The location house was 10 minutes from my job . So that was a plus also . House and area is nice and quiet

      I've been staying with a Padsplit for 2 months and its been horrible. 1st day I couldn't get in touch with anyone until later in the day to even get in the house, 1st week No hot water No Wifi. No washer no dryer until 2 week later to get a used washer and a dryer the size of a microwave. mind you we have 8 tenants. The water pressure is so low it doesn't even fill the toliet. The fuse keeps blowing on the 2nd floor causing the refrigerator to go out and they had no urgency to fix it. I lost most of my food after 24 plus hours of it being off. A man came through to say he's Not going in anyone's room to flip a switch without them being home. It took him 3 to 4 times to pop up and still never fixed it. I had to call my roommate to fix it. I've reported a tenant who is not registered and who also has a gun and they did nothing about it. a roomate just moved out because his car was broken into and asked to see the security cameras and they dont even work. I got locked out of my room and had to pay for a locksmith $150 after 48 hours of no response. I've asked for my lock to be fixed and now my door has been open for a week. I had to lock it because I was leaving for 2 days to get locked out again. I've requested and called Padsplit about me being locked out and they just told me to transfer. WHAT?? In order for me to transfer I have to pay for a locksmith again a move-in fee to another place I have to rush to and I Don't even trust Padsplit. IS THIS A INCONVIENCE OR WHAT? IM BEYOND ******. I pay my rent on time and don't ask for anything that isn't already provided. this is so stressful and I feel as if ill be homeless i have other things going on my mind. Renting made easy is the the quote.
