      PadSplit is a great concept but because people can be so unreliable it can lead to the experience being poor. Move in day at my PadSplit the host hadnt put the keys in the lockbox. And I had to wait and hr for her to get to me. I had roommates who were loud and inconsiderate of the fact I work from home. Also roommates would leave dishes in the sink for days w/o washing them. And my Final straw someone stole something of mine of the refrigerator. I moved out 3 days later and will never put myself in a situation like this again. Not PadSplit fault but people will fall you everytime

      I could not be happier with Padsplit. From the tools they provide for anything we may need to the efficiency and support from our host. I highly recommend it. This is coming from someone who is living independently for the first time. It can be a scary process and change but I do feel that Padsplit cares about each one of us. Thank you everyone who has made this possible,

      I have lived in Padsplits for over 1 year and I have found one that is truly amazing. Jax Keys as hosts are by far the best hosts I have come across in my time in Padsplit. They are not out to just collect money and leave you to fend for yourself. I have an open line of communication with the host, the grounds are maintained weekly, and the host comes in to clean at least twice a month. If there is a problem all I have to do is ask and it is handled. If you are looking at Padsplits I highly recommend looking at ******** as your host.

      I've been a padsplit.com member for nearly 2 years. And it's been tough but this last location in ************ since February. It doesn't have Washer,Dryer or WIFI. The grass was 3ft high until I mowed it. There are termites in my room. Something is crawling around in the ceiling. No mirror in one of the bathrooms. The host doesn't respond to messages or try to fix ANYTHING. Padsplit support basically tells you that their hands are tied.

      I am a host and extremely unsatisfied with their new fee model.Here are a some key stats, w.r.t. newly absurd fees model introduced by them:- if a guest leaves within first 10 days the owner gets nothing. Padsplit gets 100% of the fees, and owner has to deal with room setup fees and pay ******************* fees out of their pocket. A total loss making business.- if a guest leaves within first 30 days. Owner receives 20 days rent from padsplit, however as owner pays for the full 30 days for the property management + room setup fees + utilities consumed by the tenant. You end up getting nothing. This is more like a charity.- it takes 8+ months stay for each tenant before you could see the padsplit fees meets their previous fee model (14.25%).I am gonna move all my properties out of their platform.

      They never respond to your messages. Ive messaged them about a listing many times and they reviewed the message and never responded. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

      The ask me to give them my *** paper emailed they it told me to wait 5 to 7 days for review 2 weeks later nothing and all they say is please be patient while we keep reviewing.

      ******* is the host at the padsplit I stay at in ***********. She is remarkable, dependable and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the padsplit members. She is attentive to the needs of the members. Even though we are supposed to clean up after ourselves. When she comes for her inspection she mops the floor, sweeps, clean bathroom etc. her care and concern for the house is amazing it's as if she lives there herself. Kind, considerate, and helpful that's our host ******* they don't come any better than her. For all that she does to make life a little easier for the members. I am very grateful for my host for her kindness and it's always a pleasure to see her when she stops by for her inspection.       To whom this may concern I have proof that my dues were paid up until March 27 and padsplit is trying to charge me for a week that hasn't come yet and i no longer live there plus they are trying to add a 175 fee when the written agreement i have a copy of says 35$ Please help me as padsplit.com is trying to illegally charge me and may be doing the same to others
