In November 2022, BBB investigated Classy Consulting, LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a review
of the business' website, https://www.classycreditllc.com/.
According to the business' website, https://www.classycreditllc.com, Classy Consulting, LLC charges for credit repair services prior to
performing the services.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) passed the Credit Repair
Organization Act, https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/statutes/credit-repair-organizations-act,
which states "The Act bars companies offering credit repair services from
demanding advance payment, requires that credit repair contracts be in writing,
and gives consumers certain contract cancellation rights."
On November 17, 2022, BBB sent an email to Classy
Consulting, LLC with the following requests:
- Please provide a copy of a contract for credit repair services.
- Please provide a copy of an invoice for credit repair services.
- Please provide a copy of services descriptions and processes.
- Please provide a copy of the cancellation policy.
As of December 5, 2022 Classy Consulting LLC has not responded to the above stated request.
