  I contacted the business for a quote on replacing the driveway at my property. During the quote he over heard me speaking about building a deck and mentioned he could do that also. I asked him include it in the quote and I will let him know. Over the next few weeks the business owner continued to contact me asking if I was going with his company and he can start immediately. First red flag but I proceeded to go with the company. I was given a date he could be out after the deposit was paid. Deposit paid date for service arrived and no word from the company at all. He finally called me back after multiple attempts and mentioned he was still out of town on vacation and had to reschedule. The job didn't officially start until 4 weeks after the set date was place by the company. Red flag 2 but the deposit was paid so I had to move forward with the company. Work started and the company orderd additional materials stating what was on site wasn't the correct materials. I followed the request and ordered more materials. Finally the job was completed and the owner sent invoice went up on the price said that he didn't measure correctly for the deck initially. Although I was very upset with this I paid the increase. Deck was then inspected by thr city failed all the instalation was incorrect for the deck. Deck wasn't bolted to the house, didn't use proper screws for the floors etc. Contacted the owner he refused to come out and fix the issue. He initially told me i had to pay him more money to come out. After i refused to pay more he discontinued communication with me. Was very rude to me, and threatened me. I have tried multiple times but he refuses to come fix the issue. I would never refer him to anyone. This company should be shutdown.

  I was contracted with her male friend ***** for this job not her specific. I never met Kam until the day I started working. I was asked to give a quote on a 6x20 walkout deck with all materials on site and the frame built. I gave him a quote and he then asked about the driveway. That went from 16x60 to 8x60 to 2 individual runs for the driveway 3x60 (x2). I gave verbal and text quotes for all changes. Amounts where agreed upon prior to starting the change. The walk out deck went from 6x20 to 20x20 with transition steps. At no point did I call or text the customer ***** to start the job immediately. Once I was awarded the contract I gave him an approximate start date, about a month from that time. Deposit are due prior to me giving an approximate start date. Which can change do to circumstances, materials delay, labor shortages, weather. I started within a week of that time due to weather delays from previous jobs contracted. Once I completed the walkout deck and driveway after the approved changes as well as repair concrete and add a walkout pad to the backyard as ask from *****. I was then told I would have to wait for the remaining payment after the draw from the lender. This is the only point I was told I would be paid when I complete as stated in my contract. It was 10 days at least later before I was paid with the minus of a dumpster cost. I wasnt even able to use all the dumpster because other contractors where filling it up. I was paid and approximately 2 weeks later told the walkout deck didnt pass county inspection. This can happen for several reasons and is not uncommon. I asked for the inspection report to confirm what needed to be addressed and was ignored for weeks. ***** is friends to another friend of mine *****************************. He advised me he works with the lender currently and that it wasnt that the deck wasnt to county code it wasnt the way or style the lender was accustomed too. It has nothing to do with a failed county inspection at all. 
  I never asked for or ask for money for a builder issue.  The deck was tied to the house. She couldnt and still wont provide a county inspection report. She fabricated one herself and is expected full customer changes after her lender didnt like her ideas  

  Ive been nothing but be respectful and honest my entire business.  She has slandered me personally and my business.
