  This contractor is a scam. He was hired to install a deck and driveway. First he told me to pay him a deposit to hold the date. I paid and he didn't show up to complete the job for 3 weeks. After he started the job he framed my eroveway incorrectly luckily I caught it and told him it was done incorrectly. He threatened to charge me because of his error. This was a red flag shouldn't have continued. Second red flag. While the deck was getting install I noticed he wasn't using brackets on the deck floor. I asked about it. He informed me if woukd be done once the deck was completed. He sent pictures of the outside of the deck I paid in full. Bad mistake. I went to the house with an inspector sent him pictures that it failed. He became very rude with me. Initially it was let me know what's wrong I will fix it. After he was paid he said he has to charge me more to come out and fix his errors. The driveway cracked, the deck has to be completely done over and this is immediately after payment. There is no warranty with this contractor. He is simply out to find his next victim. He doesn't know what he is doing but advertises for it and never has any intention on fixing any issues. He is a very rude guy and is getting over on home owners.

  Good morning and thank you for your review. I apologize you feel as though the work wasnt to your standard. When your deposit was paid you were scheduled a date and informed me the materials needed was on site , they was not and you had to be rescheduled. The driveway was exactly what we agreed on and your boyfriend decided to make a change to the layout the day before we had concrete and It cost me an additional day of labor .All decks, especially walkout decks are built differently and depending on county different code. Brackets were never bought for the deck materials, I would of had no problem installing. Later you informed me they were in the house. Customer never explained that remaining payment wouldnt be released until they received the payment from some investor. It took them 2-3weeks to pay my business for work that was already rendered. Claim the deck failed inspection but will not submit inspection report to fix. This could have all been avoided with clear and upfront communication and if the customer would have did their due diligence and READ my policies and procedures in their contract. Thank you
