    Please help. I live at ******** communities ************ **. There's a huge water bill for part of the resistance. I paid no more than $50.00 a month since I moved in in November 1st 2022. For a year, $50.00 maximum. Next November 2023, the computer started acting up. Come December a lot of residents paid outrageous water bills. Mine was $450.00. They told me nothing was wrong. Someone received a $800.00. Water bill. I am afraid of retaliation from them; paid mine ... own my trailer. Called a plumber. No leaks, friends couldn't find leaks. My plumber said the meter was being read incorrectly. Couple months they hand read my meter, was normal. They stopped. My bills as follows *****. $.210.00, $400.00 $150.00. Dreading this month. A lot of people are experiencing problems simultaneously. Some have no air conditioning etc. They won't fix anything. Contacted corporate river valley and several others. Nothing. Didn't they pass house bill 404? The maintenance *** told me corporate didn't want to hear about it. It's the whole part. Have kept all communications. I am living alone. No dishwasher or washing machine. Don't even wash my car. At the beginning I asked to be reimbursed for the overcharge. Please help us. ******** community ************ ga. I own my own trailer. Have two working water meters connected to my trailer.Many people are experiencing the same problems. When *** the maintenance ***, reads it it's normal. He seldom does. They know I have no leaks. This last bill was $350.00. The bill before that was $25.00. Should have been no higher than $50.00. Have attached some of my bills. I pay lot rent of $530+$12 for trash pickup. They know my meter is messed up, the electronic part. That you have to hand read it. Thank you for your help and support. The water company said to contact you.

    On May 8,2024,my ** unit quit working, so after multiple unanswered calls, I went to the office. *****, the office guy, was going off on a tenant who was trying to get her broken ** fixed.Deron was extremely irate and dismissive in the issue. Instead of assisting,he was arguing with tenant which is a familiar characteristic of his. she went to leave the office and ***** was being very intimidating by standing in front of her blocking her.The tenant stated dont do that because I have my kid with me and that she wished it was a big *** in there for him to argue with.*****,very boldly, stated to her bullets fly everywhere.I was both flabbergasted and frightened.After she left,I tried to get an update on my previous issue and reported my new ** stopped working.***** was very dismissive & started yelling at me and arguing.At this point,I didnt feel safe AT ALL so I text my sons to come meet me. He possibly had a gun according to the threat he just gave the previous tenant.When my sons arrived, they said nothing, waiting for me to conduct my business. *****, on the phone with ***************************, stated that it looks like it might be a problem. He then started arguing with my sons and grabbed his bag to get something, assumably a weapon. He then called the cops and threatened me with an eviction and trespassing violation bc I refused to leave without my issue being fixed. **** was also dismissive, blocking my number when I reached out.Her only concern was how did I get her number. I am still without ** over 2 1/2 MONTHS later. There has been heat advisorys with Temperatures getting to 93 degrees in my home and this is inhumane at this point. My last attempt, on June 12, went to the office and Derons response was to sarcastically laugh and state that he cant MAKE the ** people call him back. At this point, our health is danger. Ive passed out a couple times, get headaches and get very dizzy with the extreme temperatures in the home. This has to be ILLEGAL!
