4 starsPOSolutions does a great job for this community. Some homeowners dont completely understand the rules/laws of a HOA and therefore think they are an inconvenience to their lives. This property has allowed a burned downnhiuse to sit on Sarsh Loop for almost 3 years without even cleaning up the debris from the fire. This house has beennuncsted for and is now a dumping place for move outs. This HOA is fraud

Unfortunately this matter is not something the management company has the ability to affect. This matter must be resolved with the county and the courts, not the management company. This property started as being an insurance issue, and has indeed been handed to court and legal team to address, and we unfortunately cannot dictate the timeline for legal resolution, nor can we take any action on private property that is tied up in the legal process. We are awaiting next steps from the courts to determine what steps can be taken. Due to confidentiality requirements, we are not able to share much beyond this, but the matter is being addressed with the proper authorities, and is in no way a reflection of other duties POSolutions handles for Kades Cove.
