Gouging residents with unwarranted infractions, poor customer service and implementing fines based on inaccurate information.

Premier Association Management is employed by the ***** of ********* to enforce the rules and regulations of the community and to ensure that the community standards are maintained. When conducting inspections Premier Association Management adheres to the rules and regulations that the ***** established including the fining structure. All violations are documented with a photo of the cited infraction and is provided on the notice of violation. Failure to comply with any notice that is issued will result in fines being assessed until compliance is met. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure the property is maintained according to the community documents/standards as agreed to when signing a deed in a covenant community.

I wish I could give less than one star. This company sends an elderly couple around in their vehicle and takes pictures of the smallest infractions. When you try to speak to them they only immediately state "their opinion" and drive away. To add insult to injury this is the second time in the past 5 years I have paid my dues to find out the payment address that my payment was sent to was changed and then enormous hoops have to be jumped through to contact my bank, reverse payments and reissue the payment correctly which tends to take multiple weeks. It would be helpful for this company to reach out via email vs. paper mail so reactions to violations can be reacted to immediately and payment issues resolved quickly.

****************** notice of address change was sent to everyone in July 2023, along with your Annual Invoice notice, mailed a couple of months later. The individuals that complete inspections, with a company logoed vehicle, once a month in your community, are not elderly, so the assumption is very unprofessional on your part. Our policy is not to discuss violations with owners who walk out and approach the vehicle due to safety issues. There are really no hoops to jump through as email addresses are listed on every communication you receive. You called and left a voicemail at 1:54 pm on Friday, May 17th, in which I did not get a chance to call back in our company policy of ***** business hours, which I assume frustrated you. I looked at emailing you, but you have never provided your email address to the association, which is now included on this review, so we will update our records accordingly. However, as indicated on your notification you received you can set up an online portal, with all the information provided, to your private account and make payment. Submitting negative reviews for a business because owners don't read their communication properly is really unfair to the business that has done everything correctly.

Premier Management took over management of an HOA that was not being managed by the previous declarant! Now after 18 months of following the Bylaws and Covenants for Mirror Lake Association, you can drive thru the community and see the improvements. After the previous manager who work for the declarant, took almost 500K. The person was not concerned about how our community was maintained.Premier Management is only upholding the homeowners for what they all agreed, when buying their home!
