    In January I searched for registration of property titles and deeds for information on a deed to a property that I own. I was directed to an online search engine that would give me the information for $1 for a single property. I agreed to pay the dollar and received the report for review. I was informed that the $1 charge would be named as onlinehomereports.com and the $1 was duly charged on 21 January 2023. as of 17 February I noticed that I was charged $23.95. Looking up onlinepropertyrecords.com website I see that this is a charge for a monthly service --- but I agreed ONLY to $1.00 for One Report -- the third option in their Choose your **************. I consider their charge to be fraudulant. I certainly never signed up for annual access at a monthly charge as I would have no need for such a service. Their website gives Proactive Marketing LLC as their Corp. Details on the bottom of their website. Now I am faced with the hassle of disputing this charge.This is an example of dishonest business practice that consumers need to be protected from. I want the February charge refunded immediately and that no further charge be made to my accounts.
