      These people are crooks. They stole my taxes anfter I gave them anll of my information and also added extra deductions that I did not agree to. They stop answering my phone calls and come to find out, I am not the only person this has happened to.

      unfornately this person did not have their taxes prepared at this firm. I have no record of this client in my system. Perhaps they have our firm confused with a different Luxury Tax firm. We do not have a preparer by the name of **** at our location. Best of luck to you and we are Luxury Tax Service and Solutions based out of ***************.

      I am dissatisfied with level of service Ive received with the services entrusted to Luxury Tax Service as a first time customer, which I was charged ********* entered establishment Thursday, October 6th, seeking professional assistance with a tax amendment with a defined *** deadline to respond. I reviewed my *** issue with both the tax preparer *************************** & the owner *************************. I was assured my matter would be rectified. After multiple touch-points, excuse after excuse, being pushed down in priority, and getting the runaround by the assigned, I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting the owner ************************* directly Tuesday, December 13th. **** and I had a virtual call as well as follow up calls the evening of Friday, December 16th while I was out on the road to complete my paperwork. I submitted the payment of $850 the following morning. I was then informed by **** Wednesday, December 21st, the forms would be printed and mailed off that day. I later learned after following up yet again my tax return was not sent off as previously communicated.I was then emailed in receipt later that night of the certified mail slip that reflected a postmark date of Friday, ******* 13th, which means my documents were never sent off to the *** until the day I reached back out. I emailed Ruby ******* 20th, requesting a good faith partial refund for the disservice, no response. Therefore Im seeking assistance to have this matter resolved.

      As she stated in fact these matters did occur. A partial refund was issued and we took it one step further and offered a free tax prep for the following year. 

      Still assisting her in resolving her tax matters. Unfortunately dealing with the irs and its delays on processing due to the pandemic we are still pending resolution.
