I was buying an insurance through a person that I know. This person wanted me to get the insurance to help them out so I did, and we agreed on a certain rate. After I got my first billing, I found out I was being charged double than what we had talked about. When I asked them about it, they said that it was a one time fee. But then I got the same bill in the next month and then I confronted the person and found out that they have been lying to me and was scamming me for double the rate, and was never going to tell me unless I directly ask them about it. Which I have text messages to prove everything that I say. As someone who works as a representative for this company, I find it extremely unethical and also the fact that they were a vice president ***** like they are just able to get away with anything. I would not recommend getting anything from any representatives in ********, ****.

On March 4th, 2023, I formally requested my funds be transferred to another institution. The request was declined due to it not being "like-kind." This is unnecessary because I am retired and have not worked for the originating company for ten years. I had the same kind of account at a different institution, and they released my money in 4 business days! I have spent the last 4 months in constant battle to get them to release my funds. Each time I send the form they tell me to send with the information they tell me they need they decline it for a "new" reason. I can never talk to the same person as it is a phone bank and they cannot connect me with anyone or give me another number to call. I have also tried through my representative which has been unsuccessful, she caused a month delay by giving me wrong information. At the end of may I began calling every single day. I still do not have not been successful in getting Primerica to release my funds!

I called the Primerica customer service line b/c my rep and i do have a huge conflict of interest. I said i wanted to quit my *************** completely. I received a check into my bank but they automatically withdrew the monthly withdrawals again which is ***** twice. I called them last week and the guy said that would be reversed but it has not. In fact, online it appears it's on my **** account. I have read bad reviews where it is difficult to quit this company and this would be an example. I need to have my account closed completely and reimbursed. I made it very clear on the phone call close my account. I already had closed and stopped life insurance. Now I need the automatic withdrawals to stop and reimbursed!

Primerica is a pyramid scheme and they manipulate their employees to recruit under false pretenses. When confronted with these accusations, they have a team who will give you debriefing on how to convince people otherwise of the negative connotations attached to the business. Their company is built on a web of lies.

I want a refund because this was advertised as a job offer and not a business opportunity. Had I been told that it was Primerica I wouldn't have had this happen to me. They've made it very difficult to get a refund by transferring me to different departments with no resolution to the problem. I was deceived into thinking that I was being employed instead of being recruited to be an agent. This should be a consumer and a FTC violation.

I had an interview with *************************** on 4/30/23 at the ********, ** location. I wasnt made aware of what exactly the position was for but he invited me for the interview to see the facility as well. By the end of the interview, he told me that there was a $124 charge for a background check that I would have to pay for and if I changed my mind later on about moving forward, I would be able to be refunded for that. I received a receipt stating my $99 and $25 charges were for a business application and the program, not a background check. Within 2-3 hours of the interview, I reached back out to ******* and informed him that I unfortunately wasnt able to move forward due to family conflicts. He provided me with a phone number to call and request a refund. The agent I spoke to said that I would be refunded and hung up. I received a $25 refund on Tuesday and nothing for the $99. I called back in and another agent informed me that I should have been provided an email address to email the ****************** to request the $99 separately. I emailed them and received only $69. When I emailed them again, they said there was a $30 non refundable fee I was NEVER made aware of. This is very deceptive and abusive because I was never told the fees were for something else. I would like a refund for the remaining amount because this was a bait and switch.

I only work at Primerica for about 2 days. I was tried if my boss telling me to give him my contacts for his people to call. And when I did they harassed my family and friends. This is a non profit company for people like me. They want you to go to all this training and but dont pay. I had to pay 125 for my own background check and he told me I would get my money back but just today May 4,2023 Primerica just took 25$ out my account when I been left that company. Im very upset and outraged. Please I do not recommend this company to work or buy. But I know I better get all my money back because I am really tired of these scams.

DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET YOU MONEY OUT! I have been trying to liquidate/transfer my Non-Qualified account with ********************** since 1/23/2032. I filled out the forms to transfer in kind and Primerica denied them due to what they said was a fund issue. I then called to liquidate the funds and they did so and provided me a confirmation number. 3 days later we were informed they could not do the full amount over the phone and needed to fill out a ******** We filled it out and sent it in. After providing a reference number they told us that it "disappeared". On 3/21/2023 We then filled out the physical form got a medallion signature guarantee which was ultimately denied because they said the form was blank and then made something up about the Medallion not being for enough money. I have called multiple times and got hung up on or placed on hold for hours with no resolution to get my money released. The call center will not pass me to the home office unless I am a rep (I AM A CLIENT) At this point it feels that every solution they give me is going to result in this account being stuck/held hostage by Primerica. I need my money out asap!
