      I am attempting to get my Tax information for 2022 so I can file my taxes. I have been on the phone for over 1 hour with this company and have spoken with a rep who was trying to be helpful. At the end of the time with her, I was transfered to another department that will "help" me with getting the tax information needed. I am still on hold waiting for someone else to pick up. I just want to speak with someone who can help me get my tax documents. Help me please. I have a job and can't wait on hold all day for this company.

      I requested to cancel my life insurance from ********************* Insurance Company over a month and a half ago. All parties signed the paperwork they needed, yet they've charged me twice since I requested the cancelation.

      February 2023 I met someone that works for Primerica. I decided to open A *************** and individual investments account. After considering and reading reviews I realize I made a rush decision. I called them to cancel the accounts. They only cancel the *************** and I only got $75 back out of $150. Now with the individual account they giving me a hard time to close it and and draft money out my bank account in March 2023 after I call and told them not to. When I call Back they say they never got that cancelation . What a **** mistake I made joining this company. Im going to change my bank account. Have to be careful with them. Scam artist.

      My mother opened an account for me when I was a minor. Her health has deteriorated and I contact Primerica to have her removed as the custodian on the account. They advised we would need to close the account and the rep was nice enough to walk me through the process. I supplied the requested paperwork ie birth certificate etc. and sent in all of my documentation. Today I attempted to check the status and I was placed on hold for more than 40 minutes. The rep did check back in periodically but ultimately sent me back in the queue. The next rep picked up after another long wait than did the same thing. I am more than frustrated at this point. In addition to dealing with the stress associated with my mom's health, Primerica has added additional burdens by not providing adequate service.

      I have called many times to have a check reissued and no one was able to reissue my payment. I mailed a copy of the check to your main address with a letter asking for a call back and no one has contacted me. Please contact me at ************ or my son ****** @************

      We have informed the complainant that the check is a fraudulent check that was not issued by our company.  We also informed her that earlier letters may not have reached us because we moved from the address listed on the check prior to the issue date that is listed on the check.

      More than 30 years ago a mutual growth fund was established through primerica of which I am the official account holder. Recently I decided to close the account and withdraw funds. After repeated calls to Primerica, they continue to delay the process of closing the account citing the lack of a birthdate on the account even though I receive a **** every year for my taxes which include the information needed to close my account. This was obviously their error when account was opened. I have told them repeatedly date of my birth. Still I am getting the run around every time I call. Sometimes left on hold. The problem is clearly their error. I am requesting your assistance in obtaining my funds and closing this account.

      I making a complaint against the ********************* Insurance, I have a policy with this company for whole life ins for my son which I had for roughly about 13 years, I have never received a breakdown of the policy and the cash value of the policy, when I call this company I can never get through, a machine comes on and I was on hold for almost an hr and no one ever came to the call! I have made almost several attempts to contact this company in reference to my son policy with no luck! I am starting to think the company is fraudulent! Please look into this matter BBB thanks!

They are now stating they will NOT provide a full refund despite still being within 30 days, and all the many many reviews I've seen show that they will NEVER refund ANY money.I want the FULL refund of $79.45 that I paid for something I NEVER received. This company has no business STEALING my money because they THINK they have any right to keep it. And I expect the refund to be processed without any unnecessary delay. They say the "fee of $49+tax that you submitted is refundable within 120 days of submission upon written request" and then immediately try to say its not refundable, and i can only get $19 back of that because the refund is "minus $30.00+ tax is a processing cost for processing both this Independent Business Application and your provincial insurance licensing application, and is NON-REFUNDABLE".The ONLY time a "nonrefundable" fee was brought up was AFTER I said I wasn't interested in continuing and wanted a refund. Before that, it was a FULL refund. The lies and manipulation won't be tolerated. Return my money.
