  Primerica let our little sister steal our deceased sisters life insurance. Our sister who passed in 2022 had on file a notarized document instructing Primerica not to change her policy unless they had her notarized signiture instructing the changes Our little sister sent a fake document not notarized two weeks before our sister died. Now our little sister has taken our oldest sisters life insurance policy and she is evicting her from her home and now we called primerica so my oldest sister can change her beneficiary and primerica says she cant change it, only the owner of the life insurance policy which is the little sister in ************. I want charges filed against Primerica

  My experience with Primerica has been nothing but positive. I always feel as though my needs are being met. My representative listens well to me and only offers suggestions that are in my best interest. Their financial analysis is free and was life changing for us. They helped us get out of debt several years sooner than what we were on track for, saved us a LOT of money on our insurances, helped us get protected with a will, and now we are totally on track for retirement. I recommend only them to everyone I know. We are super grateful for this opportunity to work with them. I feel like I can now make an educated, informed decision with our finances and am confident that we are not going to ever get taken advantage of again. I really appreciate their educational approach to this vs a salesy approach. :)

  Been trying to get ahold of someone who can help me reset my username and password for a few hours now. I was on hold for a half hour, then put on hold again so that the right person could help me. After another half hour or so on hold, somehow I was disconnected. Had to call back and do the same thing. Wait on hold for someone to tell me I have to be put on hold again, and the wait times have increased. I tried everything I could to resolve online first. Terrible service.

  THIS INSURANCE IS A SCAM, YOU CANNOT GET NO ONE TO CALL YOU BACK. FOR 16 YEARS I PAID PREMIUMS FOR A YEAR FOR $345 AND IT JUMP UP TO OVER $600 A YEAR. I CANNOT GET NO ONE TO CALL ME BACK. I HAVE LEFT SEVERE MESSAGE. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE WITH THEM STOP PAYING, BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT HAVE INSURANCE. MY NEICE WORK FOR THEM AND SHE WILL NOT CALL ME BACK EITHER. I BET YOU WANT GET NO MORE MONEY FROM ME. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THAT STAR FOR THEM; BUT I CANNOT PLACE REVIEW. YOURS TRULY THE GUINYARDS

  I was recruited to join the company in Jan. *** recruiter paid a portion of my entry fee (I guess he does this alot to recruit people). I started my top 25 potential clients and was half way through my pre licensing. I was notified from a potential client that she met with the person that recruited me without my knowledge. When confronted he told me that I can get the training credit,I declined. I approached his boss because I felt I was scammed and she sided with him. I get it why side with me when hes bringing her money. I have realized this company doesnt care about how they get clients they care more about the compensation. DISGUSTING

  I open an account because I thought it would go for my future. I was having tough times after the first month and decided to pause it for two months and spoke to an agent about. Next pay period rolls around and see Primerica made two withdrawal when I politely asked them to stop. I lost my job recently and decided to close all my account with Primerica. Tell me why they take $200 out of my account.!!! I was furious and spoke with many agent about getting my money back. I was suppose to recieve it today and guess what.. I recieved only 14 cents. I am livid and call back this morning. I spoke to ****** in mutual fund department which was heartless and horrible. I was on hold for a manager for 8 minutes just for him to be back on the phone. I told him how I felt. ****** decides to tell me life is hard sometime and you have to.. I immediately hanged up the phone. HOW COULD ONE TELL ME THIS WHILE IM GOING THROUGH TOUGH TIMES. I will never go back to Primerica and well tell other of their schemes. They just want your money and dont care for the person.

  My family started with primerica in **** paid by mail. We didnt pay monthly but twice a year. Well in 2022 we had mail being stolen and by the time we found out a primerica bill had been delivered and also a notice that our insurance was about to lapse. We didnt even get any of the mail and when we realized we hadnt seen a bill it was too late. We sent documents from court about having to attend court because our mail was stolen.we sent letters from POstal service newspaper articles about the stealing of our mail trying to prove we didnt deliberately just stop paying our insurance. From **** to 2022 never been late paying our bill and now because someone stole our insurance bill and our insurance lapse primerica will not reinstate our insurance.

  i love this company very trustworthy and they do what they say their going to do. they paid out on my cousins policy and he only had it 6 months.
