      Crooks!!!!!!!!My husband and I have been paying our primerica life insurance policy since pre 1991!!!!We have NEVER received a phone call from a single representative for any follow up of any kind over the years. Further, when I log into the user portal I have zero messages. Apparently the company didnt receive my quarterly premium payment check. In addition another quarter lapsed and no notification was sent to me ( if notified I did not receive it). Consequently they CANCELED my policy !No notification of cancellation, neither via US mail OR the portal. I spoke with an upper level **********, ********, who basically accused me of being dishonest and running my sentences together.being incoherent, etc. ?I am a small business owner and have NEVER spoked to a client in this manner in my life. My husband and I are now 65, both in excellent health, and expect our policy would be reinstated without their ridiculous 2 year conditional period for review should a claim be submitted ( are you joking????) AFTER we pay our past due premiums, AND submit bloodwork for review? This sounds convoluted and non committal on their part, at best. Again, ZERO notification via the portal or otherwise. Zero loyalty to a customer who has paid their premium in full, and on time for DECADES. Inaccuracies from BOTH **********s ( The first ********** initially told me they sent six notices.. ) and an huge faux pas on the part of ********** ********, for your insensitivity in calling a client incoherent. Maybe upset would have been a more insightful observation????Hopefully these run-on sentences wont be too complicated for you to sort out today.

      On August 16th I talk to Primerica and was gonna do it but was told not to because may be a scam so I told them that day and on August 17th that I was not going to do it. On August 19th the took $99.00 plus $25.00 out of my account anyways. I called them that morning and ask for my money back. She stated that it was canceled and I should receive my money back within 5-7 business days. It is now August 28th, 2024 an I have still not gotten my money back. Be careful with this company

      Primerica has been a blessing to our family in many ways, we have been educated on how to be financially independent and are on our way to being debt free! We also have affordable life insurance that makes sense! We love primerica and the benefits that come with this great company!

      It was a pleasant and informative conversation with *********************************, PFS representative. She navigated me thru old paperwork (1993) I found from PFS to get me up to date on my PFS account/s. She encouraged me to educated myself on PFS investments. I'm a senior now and I value the patience and customer care I received today from PFS, especially when it was about my hard earned money in 1993. I can reinvest with confidence. Thank you ********!**************

      I don't understand who is writing all of these reviews. My agent explained more about my life insurance and investment than even "state farm, New York life" and a few more companies i went to. The Professionalism that ******************* held and with the amount of detail she answered each question was amazing to hear.

      Primerica has been great for my family and I. They helped us with life insurance that was very affordable and offered a great term that would carry us to retirement. We also decided to invest with them for retirement. We have had great meetings with our agent who explained everything to us and has helped us every step of the way.

      PRIMERICA provides HOPE n OPPORTUNITY to regular folks from all walks of life. Before Primerica. I was in debt...no financial directions.Now I understand how money works. AND I'm part of a HUGE FAMILY...that mentors n supports me.....There is soooo much $ to be made ************ many lives to touch...

      The business is top notch when it comes to financial education and they always put the client first. I am a single woman with 3 children and a teacher. I was given the opportunity to become a licensed agent and I have been with the business for 2 years! I have the opportunity to educate families and make some extra income. You put in the work to get licensed and have good work ethic, you will go far with this business.

      I couldn't be more pleased with the care, time and effort put in by the employees I've spoken with. Being a single mom and at the time 26 years old I was looking for some kind of insurance for my son and I. After hours and hours of research and comparing plans I went with Primerica. They were the only term company to offer ne 35 years and by investing the difference that I would have spent at other companies I am able to save longterm and in more ways than one! Being able to learn the secrets of the rich and how money works I am able to leave behind so much generational wealth and security for my family. BUY TERM INVEST THE DIFFERENCE! And nothing I can find about them is MLM or pyramid related so I think it's fake news or there wouldn't be so many MORE positive reviews than negative.
