    I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are slower than the end of the world coming and seem to have no clue how to successfully do basic bookkeeping. *********************** switching to them was the worst thing they could have done.

    This is one of the poorest and shadiest dealers I have ever dealt with in buying a new car. I've been in the market to buy my daughter a car. I had been to the dealer a few times already and talked numbers. This particular day they had a 'flash sale' on. Advertised website says 'FINAL PRICE' as well as other discounts that should be applied. At the bottom of the page, it says hassle-free quotes, a requirement to finance through them and that all doc fees are included in the price.Get the quote in writing and they've added a 'required' $2500 package and a $900 doc fee, plus have completely low balled my trade-in offer. I showed them mutiple other quotes for my car which were much higher.When explaining to them that their website is very clear, they lock down on a tell me ' I want the moon and back, but can't win every angle', as if my expectations of them honoring their own website and fine print is an abnormal request.Do not fall for their 'get-you-in-the-door' tactics and be very educated as to what they say is required to get a deal and what the value of your trade in actually is. Don't let a place like this rip you off and get thousands more dollars of which they are not due.

    I am a Retired GM/General Sales Manager from the automotive industry with 25 years in the business. I have never had a service experience as horrible as with Audi North Atlanta. My son's 2015 Audi was taken in for an "Electronic Steering **** FAULT" and a COOLANT LEAK. We were quoted over $7,000 to repair these issues. It was determined that the car needed a new steering rack and that COOLANT WAS LEAKING INTO THE ENGINE. They filed a warranty claim for over $11,000 dollars, which took roughly 34 days to ultimately be denied. We went to pick up the car and then they charged us over $400 for a battery because the car wouldn't start after being in their shop for over 30 days. Approx. 30 days later we returned to have the repairs completed. We then paid Audi North Atlanta over $7,000 out of pocket for the repairs. We take the car home and ***** miles later it's making a loud ticking sound. We return to AUDI, they charged us $200 for an oil change that should have been done with the repairs. That same day they gave another estimate for repairs for leaking valve cover gaskets. We took the car home. 125 miles later the engine is knocking. We immediately get a 2nd opinion from another European Auto shop and it is determined that the same part AUDI replaced/repaired is the **** and that something internally has broken. We tow the car back to AUDI and are told it needs a ENGINE (New $23,800 or Used ******* miles $13,800). After the $7,000 repair, we purchased another $4,000 extended warranty and they DENIED the claim. ****************************************** AUTOMOTIVE and ASBURY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP have completely ignored and not acknowledged their "BOTCHED" service job. THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR PCV REGULATOR VALVE replacement is (for coolant and oil mixture in the engine) IS FLUSH THE COOLANT SYSTEM, FLUSH AND REMOVE SLUDGE FROM ENGINE. As a U.S. ARMY DISABLED VETERAN and RETIRED fellow GM/GSM, It's my new mission to use every social media platform and *************** to EXPOSE y'all.

    Would not use again. Finance department was a wreck the day we were there to purchase a new vehicle. Weren't able to speak with anyone due to many excuses.When documents were finally available, two items totaling $2500 were added. Were assured they would be removed and new documents sent for e-signatures. NOT DONE.After about a month, still no documents to register vehicle.Vehicle was not cleaned and tire pressure at 50 psi. Still don't know what services the added charges allow.No payment statement yet and payment due in 8 days.Worst experience ever purchasing a new vehicle.

    I purchased GAP insurance with my car purchase and when came to use it. I was denied coverage. Total Care refused my claim, and I am owing over $11,000.00 on my vehicle that was in total loss.

    There was no *** to be paid after a) you received the insurance settlement amount b)you received a refund for the tire contract, c) after your insurer deducted for a policy limits issue, d) after your breakdown insurer deducted for post tax settlement, and e) after your insurance carrier deducted for prior damage,negative condition of your vehicle.

    Any amount left due on your loan is your responsibility. It states on the face of the contract, see under Acceptance, that this *** Addendum may not waive the entire amount You owe at the time of loss. (emphasis added)

    On June 3, 2021, you signed the *** Addendum. The *** Agreement section states,Subject to the full terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth on this Guaranteed Auto Protection (***) Addendum, in the event of a Constructive Total Loss to the Covered Vehicle, We agree to waive Our rights against You for the *** AmountYou will remain responsible for payment of any items stated in the Exclusions section of this *** Addendum.(emphasis added) You received a copy of these terms at the time of purchase and had the opportunity to review them before signing.

    As noted above, exclusions to the *** Addendum may apply (as it did in this case). The *** Addendum does not provide coverage for losses for any amounts subtracted from the Primary Carriers Constructive Total Loss Settlement due to pre-existing damage, excess wear and tear **** include mileage), unpaid insurance premiums, towing, storage, owner-retained salvage, or other adjustments to the value of Your vehicle. (emphasis added)

    Ive never had more trouble getting help with something being resolved, then contacting these people. Not one of them cares about the customer yet they claim guest experiences critical. They were the most stubborn human beings that were disrespectful and insulting, and I went to the executive level. All of these people at this company Should be fired, and this company should no longer exist

    Ill leave it up to you. I made an appointment 1 month out because lack of appointment availability. I then took my car in and waited 4 hours for an oil change!! I ask if I could have the car serviced else where am still retain my warranty, answer NO! Next appointment with in a week. I requested the time it would take 1.5 hours but could go to 4 hours. The manager was on vacation and no replacement. NO service manager!! Lobby FULL!!
