      I went through the drive thru the lady at the window was rude and on her cell phone when I got my food the bun s were smashed the food was horrible she was not nice

      The morning manager does not like white people. I swiped my money back from the lady ( who was quiet and stepped away ) because I was just told I cant eat there if I dont have a card. And he said dont ****** money from my cashier . In a bitchy attitude and proceeded to accuse me of snatching money and giving racial slurs. He has no kind of customer respect. ****** quote yo mama and shutting the window like a 5 yr old who just disrespected his mother and is now hiding. called back to get a district manager number but they wouldnt do that because they knew it would be his job if I had that number. I wish I could leave a 0 star review

      The price on the drive-through window menu was different than the price I paid for a steamer pack of 24 reg no cheese,Chilli cheese fries, 5 corn pups was $47.64 bull s*** won't happen again

      I ORDER BREAKFAST FROM GRUB HUB MY FOOD ARRIVE SLOPPY BUTTER SPILL ALL OVER THE ****** THE DRIVER SAID THEY GAVE IT TO HIM LIKE THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG NO NAPKKIN FORK OR SPOON JUST SLOPPY AM SO ANGER MY CAR BROKE ****** NOT ABLE TO GET FOOD SO I ODER NOW... I WAS SCARD TO EAT IT ..... THESEA DELIVER COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT BUINSS

      It's almost always slammed there. You never get trained right (at a location that's supposed to become a training store in near future. To begin with this place will make you feel welcomed and like family. As time progresses there's some that work here that smile to your face/talk smack about you behind your back/and stir the pot (so to speak). It's been a violent workplace. The management team is worst about stabbing your back. Sometimes they were helpful over 2 years (such as somewhat flexible with life situations and scheduling; but also change your schedule last minute and not tell you type stuff) I put my heart and soul into this specific location and was almost a manager the first year then after moving locations and back they had me doing closing manager stuff without me even getting paid for it nor fully certified. THIS PLACE CANT KEEP PEOPLE AND IT'S BECAUSE NOTHING EVER CHANGES. You can tell the ** any problem you have and she hardly ever does anything about the issue (and a lot of the main issues is fraternization and favoritism between ALL EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY THE **! It's a wonder how they've not already been sued or anything else with everything that's went on in the past 2 years alone that I've worked for them. You really feel underappreciated at this place and with constant issues and drama and the c*** pay it's not worth the emotional and mental distress it has caused in my life. I loved my actual job, however, the bs outweights it. This store is ridiculous and is a joke. If you're one of those people that put all you do into your job and take it seriously and like being somewhat recognized for all you do and get paid c*** pay (especially for all the emotional and mental issues it can and most likely will cause on you) , then by all means go for it.

      Went inside to Krystal on Walnut Ave. in ******,**. at 7:49pm on 1/17/24 and purchased 5 Krystals and get back home and all 5 Krystal burgers were burnt and hard.How do you burn a Krystal *****?Try to leave a review of my experience on Krystals website and the feedback part of the website does not even work.

      We Went to the drive thru about 4:30 pm , there was 2 vehicles parked waiting for there food to be brought out ,all I ordered was a 8 krystals ,after sitting at the window for 3 to 5 mins ,while the employee was texting on his phone ,he finally took my payment , laid my card down and started texting again ,after I received my card back he said you need to pull down we will ring it out , we sit and sit ,finally a manager brings my food and says ,I'm sorry they gave you're food to the wrong car ,but we made it again , (so someone left with plain hamburgers) ,I explained to her about him texting ,she says I will say something he's just excited his birthday is tomorrow and he's inviting people over, so I guess that makes it alright ,last time my car will pull up to a krystals .

      This morning, 12/20/2023 around 7:50am I went through the Krystals in ********, ** on ************* and requested a shareable/sackful of Krystal burgers, which WAS on the breakfast menu!! I was told I would have to wait and I said sure but asked did they have something similar in breakfast items and was told NO! So, I was going to proceed with the burgers and was told that it would be double priced and so I just drove off. Are you serious? Since when you charge double because you have some lazy and rude employees?Very disappointed in your customer service. DO BETTER!!!!!

      I have not been contacted about my refund nor my order issue. I spent $20 and didnt even get all my food. How do you forget part of someones order? This is unacceptable that you cant speak to someone about these matters directly and this company just gets to keep your money.

      When did the Sunriser Combo go from 2 Sunrisers to one for the same price? I tried calling customer support no one will ever answer a phone they say use the website. It's broken and does not work. KRYSTALS has become an expert at running customers off like me. I will never go to Krystals again. I get better service from the freezer section of the grocery store. They can close all the shops and board them up, Wouldn't bother me at all.
