      I didn't receive my whole order and tried to call but no answer. I ordered on line and pulled up to window to pick up order and was told to go around to get in line to wait an extra 20mins to pick up my order of 4 b.e.c biscuit 1 sausage e. c biscuit. I didn't get a receipt and short 1 b.e.c biscuit. I'm upset to have to wait 20mins for my drive thru order and which also was told online supposed to come in side to pick up order. If that is the case you need to take off that option your web site. I'm very disappointed with my service this time and I come almost every Sunday to get breakfast here. I would like my refund back for my b.e.c biscuit and for you to educate your employees on customer service skills. Thank you for reading and listening to my complaint. Have a blessed day.

      I placed an order through the app before arriving to restaurant. Upon arriving the lobby was closed with no sign. I understand staffing issues but I had 5 kids in the car on a road trip eating in the car wasnt an option. I went to drive thru to ask if they had made it yet. They hadnt. So I requested to cancel it. They said they would not make it and I wouldnt need to cancel on the app. There is no option for that on. I have filed complaint on their website twice and called twice and left message. All I received today 2 weeks later was a coupon in the mail for 2 free Krystals. My order was 26 dollars that doesnt near replace what I am owed for a refund.

      I went here two different times to get something to drink. One of the workers took it upon themselves to write a tip in (after I had already cross out on the paper and tipped cash)

      Everytime i try to eat at your restaurant and by the way this is the 4th time! You guys either do not have Krystals or you tell everyone it will be a ***** min wait or we can only take cash whatever..... Lame. You guys are terrible. ********** location 3 times turned away and now Fairburn Rd location. I wish you all would just be replaced by White ********* sorry but you all do not care At ALL AND you give stupid excuses so you do not have to work and you guys like turning people away. Your company will not last with the people you have.
