    Our patches give us a uniform, professional appearance.
    We are the T******** ******* ***** ***********. We are the local nonprofit, volunteer ham radio club.

    I originally did a review and mentioned that the patches I got were poor quality. I didn’t know the difference between stitching and woven. So the stitching looked a little different than the proof. after showing the patches to an artist friend of mine and asking his opinion, he said they came out very good. I am revising my original review to five stars. Thank you.

    I dealt specifically with Nikki. Her customer service was fantastic. Very friendly and polite. Quick response time with calls and emails. I ordered 100 patches of my logo, good quality and happy with the the look.

    Just received my customized "challenge coins" and they LOOK FANTASTIC! These were a very detailed design and I was worried about the quality, but they came out better than I expected! Plus they were delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule! When does that happen these days? Working with Nikki was great and we will be using PromoWarehouse Group for all our needs in the future. SUPER JOB!

    I was absolutely impressed with how Nikki assisted me with my order!
    I am retiring from a Louisiana police department after 29 years and my wife gave me the idea to give out a challenge coin to all of my friends as a departing gift. This was a great idea. I designed what each side of the coin would look like and then sent out the design to several challenge coin makers this morning (August 8, 2024).
    To my surprise, I was contacted by Nikki by phone 30 minutes later, who said she was working on the prototype which would be ready soon. A short time later, she and I were working on design and color changes. After several phone calls and emails, the cost was set as well as the final design.
    The main reason I decided to order through the Challenge Coin Warehouse is because Nikki took the time to CALL ME, while the others sent the standard, "Thanks for reaching out. We will contact you soon." email.
    Nikki was very accommodating and patient while we hammered out the details. I could not be more happy or impressed with her service! I will definitely use the Challenge Coin Warehouse again and also make sure any of my friends wishing to order coins uses CCW as well!
