    I am a retailer who purchases patches in quantity from these folks. I am always pleased with the friendliness, the quick and accurate service, and there is a truly personal touch to be found working with these folks.

    I always use Patch Warehouse for my patch orders and have not been disappointed. All the staff have gone above and beyond to have my orders delivered on time. Placed and order in June and another today. Great prices. Nikki has been awesome. Thanks Josh for helping me today at such short notice.

    I am very happy with the service I got from Nikki. This lady gets customer service and she does what she tells you she is going to do. Very rare these days. She really needs a raise and a bigger office.
    I only spoke to her but the artist at this company gets 5 stars also. my coin looks the way i want it well maybe a little better than i thought it would look thanks to the artist insite.
    But bottom line Nikki, She is the real deal. Best customer service that i've had from a company in years. 6 out 5 stars for her.

    I'm in a band called V******* from Texas and we had a demand for embroidered patches of our logo. I finally had the money and took the time search for a vendor to make this happen. Since our band is death metal we have a font that resembles blood splatter and dripping with very small and tight details. I tried another company first but was unsatisfied with their order processes and I had to pay $260 plus an extra $20 just to see a proof that I did not like! I then kept looking for other companies and Patch Warehouse came up. Everything looked great on their website so I decided to fill out the form. Not even 10 minutes later I got a detailed summary of quotes and a proof that was spot on. I had prematurely asked to see a sort of die cut version of it and Joshua revised it right away. However, I checked with my band members and we decided the 1st proof was a go! I filled out the rest of the proper forms and paid the money. Since it was end of the week, I didn't get a confirmation until the start of the next work week which was fine. My only issue is that for some reason my confirmation email to inform me that my order was shipped went to my junk mail so I was a little scared that something wasn't right. But before I knew it, about 10 business days, my patches came in a day before one of my bands most important shows to date! And so far they have been a huge success. The patches came out beautifully and even better than I imagined! Would definitely recommend and would buy again and again! -Christopher
