I entrusted United Auto Collision with my vehicle, expecting professional and honest service, but instead, I have encountered a situation that raises serious concerns, including potential insurance fraud. On 12/18/2024, my vehicle was brought to your shop for repairs following an accident. The insurance claim covered, and I was charged for, the installation of a new hood, new fender and factory quality paint job as part of the necessary repairs. However, after picking up my car on 01/18/2025 after being in your shop for over a month, upon further inspection, it has come to my attention that neither a new hood nor a new fender was actually installed on my vehicle. The existing parts were merely poorly repainted and refitted, despite the fact that payment was madeboth by my insurance company and myselffor brand-new replacement parts. This failure to perform the agreed-upon repairs not only constitutes breach of contract and negligence but is also a serious case of insurance fraud. Billing for new parts that were never installed is a direct misrepresentation of services rendered, which is both unethical and illegal. Such fraudulent practices can have severe legal consequences, and I will not hesitate to report this matter to my insurance provider, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the state attorney generals office if this issue is not promptly *********** rectify this matter, I am demanding a full refund for the cost of the hood, paint job and fender, including labor charges associated with their supposed replacement. Additionally, I expect a written explanation for why these parts were not installed despite being billed. If a resolution is not reached within 10 business days from the date of this letter, I will be left with no choice but to pursue further action, including filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and seeking legal remedies.

I needed an out-of-pocket repair on my vehicle and had it towed to United Auto Collision Center on April 12th, 2024 after speaking with the owner on the 11th. On that day, the owner charged me a deposit of $500 to initiate repairs on my vehicle. I requested an estimate for the total cost of repairs that he didnt send to me until April 22nd via email. I was told my vehicle would be finished the week of April 29th as I continued to call and follow up with the owner because I needed my car for work and I had been renting cars weekly. He said it would be ready Friday, May 3rd. On the morning of May 3rd I texted the owner to confirm that my vehicle would be ready as I had to return my rental car that evening. I heard nothing back and so I went to the location around 2pm only to discover my car was in the same position it was when I had it brought in and not one repair had been done. The owner was not there and another associate told me that that Chevrolet sent them an incorrect suspension part and they had to reorder. This was not communicated to me at all prior to so I was surprised to hear this new information. The next day, Saturday May 4th, the owner finally responded telling me that my car will be ready Thursday May 9th and at that time I told him how this has inconvenienced me greatly and Ive had to constantly rent cars for almost a month out of my own pocket. I asked him if he could at least accommodate me for the delay by knocking off some of the remaining balance. He then said if he doesnt paint it, it knocks off $500, which is not actually a deal but one less job he had to do. I opted for no paint so that I could have my car sooner. When I did finally get my vehicle on May 8th, the new door didnt match the others and was missing the letter L from the word Malibu. He said he would take care of it on May 9. On May 29th, I texted and called him but there was no response nor reply. Also the part that wasnt painted absolutely doesnt match.

Insurance fraud. Horrible business practice. Damage done to my car caused the value to decrease by thousands. Owner has not contacted me to resolve issue or issue refund. Im going to have to get a lawyer if the BBB doesnt help me resolve this. This is the review I left on ******* hopefully it gets his attention!! ZERO STARS THE ***** **** SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF FOR EVEN CLAIMING TO BE 4.9 ON ******** First off I blame progressive for sending me the wrong information regarding this shop. There is another ACTUAL progressive shop with the same name, Im sure the owner ******************* on others making this mistake and using him because when I called and asked him if he specifically works with progressive he said YES!! LIAR!! Upon arrival there were several employees blasting music and smoking inside the office. I shouldve known the shop was not professional and walked right back out the door, but I trusted that progressive would not steer me in the wrong direction. He never once reached out to my insurance company the entire time and never once even reached out to me the whole time they had my car which was about 3 1/2 weeks when he told me I would have it back in a week and a half. LIAR!! Fast forward to picking up my car.it looks like complete crap!! The car had $6500 worth of HAIL damage. Dentless repair and most of the panels were supposed to be replaced. The car is basically trashed now with bondo and I cannot trade it in on a lease. Besides the apparent multiple colors they tried to paint my car because the idiots couldnt match paint they decided to overspray every and blend it. NOT!! They ruined ALL the rubber weather stripping because they didnt tape or remove any glass before their lovely paint job. Mind you my car was in pristine condition before **** and his employees touched it. After picking it up **** tried to tell me that this work looked good and they tried to rush it to get it back to me. LIAR!! They had my car for over 3 weeks GTFOH!!
