    Awful company. Taking no responsibility. Terrible customer service. Doesnt help you to deliver their product after you bought it. Even hang up on you without any explanation.

    Awful company. Won't sell a replacement part for a $3000 massage chair because I don't have the order #. Now it can't be used! I can provide serial # and pictures of the ********************** and they still won't sell me the part. Why!?

    Great experience until I received a call from a representative from an Atlanta phone number who berated me on a phone call. She was so extremely rude and didn’t even know why she was asked to reach out to me. I was working with someone else in the organization who was kindly resolving my small issue. After being berated by their employee (who when I asked to speak with a supervisor told me she was) I now returning the product. What kind of company treats their customers so poorly?
